My experience of the Irma was very positive, overall. It's not the Four Seasons, but it has charm and definitely takes you back to the early 20th century. The furnishings are lovely and look authentically anitque. Rooms were clean and all were a little different. I highly recommend the Irma Suite. We were told it's haunted but never encountered a...

Best day of our vacation Beautiful salad bar. Great prime rib and EXCELLENT SERVICE. Clean and delightful atmosphere. Our server kept on top of our needs before we asked he gave us refills. Cody is a fun town but the Irma is tops

I don't know what was the most fun; the century-old bedroom set or the wall mounted toilet tank that flushed via brass chain. Our room was large, airy due to the huge windows, and the new carpet and wallpaper were so period that they could have been new old stock from 1910. Yet, the TV was flat screen (tastefully hidden...

All I can say about this place is WOW!! Excellent food, great wait staff, awesome western decor, and most of all, the thought left in your mind when you leave. This was Buffalo Bill's Hotel and he once walked these halls. I was blown away by the bar given to him as a gift from Queen Victoria of England!! CAN...

It took a little while to check in as the person was on the phone with a personal call. She wasn't concerned we couldn't find a place to park. We ate in the dinning room and had to wait about 15 minutes to have someone help us. There was ambiance but just poor service.

We chose to stay in Cody on our way to Yellowstone primarily because we have a grandson named Cody. I didn't expect much from either the hotel nor the town. Boy was I wrong. The Irma hotel is a real delight. It has large comfortable rooms that have been renovated yet have not lost there original western feel. We stayed...

Understand that you are paying a premium for the excellent main street location and historical cachet. Otherwise the hotel lacks usual conveniences: no refrigerator/microwave, hard to get ice, A/C controls nearly inaccessible, breakfast not included. WiFi OK. Parking good. We stayed in the "modern" wing; the historical rooms might be better (and more expensive).

We visited the bar and restaurant in this hotel recently. Everyone working at the hotel was friendly and welcoming. The rib eye was excellent. The town of Cody is so much fun, and this historic hotel makes it even more fun !!! The gunfighter show is right in front of the hotel also. A must see in Cody !!?

Looooved our room. We were in the historical section and had a lovely antique room. The decor was was just so beautiful. It was clean and located perfectly in center of old town. It's easy to walk around town and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. We even ate here and had drinks in a lively bar. If you don't stay...
