Young girl that answered the phone couldn't give us accurate directions and didn't seem to really care if we found the place. When we checked in, it was okay. When asked about places to eat in town, the staff was not very helpful. The gentleman kept pushing the restaurant on the property. Cabin was clean.

Hotel's Favourite
We like the off the beaten path authentic stays when we travel and when there is anything available near our destination. This is one of them and we loved it! These cabins are mingled in with two modern Chain accommodations. Parking is right next to each cabin and is very private. We enjoyed our stay at this location. Check-in was easy and quick. Front desk clerks were efficient, informative and very friendly. Location was perfect for exploring the town of Cody...within walking distance of many things. Yellowstone was an hour away so this was our home base. The room was clean; beds clean and comfortable; bath had plenty of hot water, personal amenities, and towels (shower was large); no breakfast...but there was an endless supply of coffee at the main office/quaint souvenir shop. Any purchase made by the guests in this shop received a 10% discount. When we booked the photo showed a different style room, but we were still very satisfied. We felt safe and secure and would definitely stay here again if passing this way again.

I was highly disappointed in my stay. I booked this hotel while on a road trip primarily so that I could have good internet for work in the morning. I was not given the password so I had to go back to the desk. Upon request, I was met with confusion. They DIDN'T even know the password for Buffalo Bill's so they gave me a couple to try. That internet wouldn't even work so then I called and they gave me the password to Holiday Inn's internet. That internet was so BAD that I had to sit in the busy lobby from 5 am to 1 pm with my laptops to be able to do my work. It was distracting and not a good work environment. When expressing my issues with the staff I was met with a "we don't care" or "can't do anything for you" attitude when this was the ONLY reason I booked a hotel with them in the first place. Also, the rooms don't even have microwaves or refrigerators so we asked the front desk to keep our stuff in a refrigerator for us and they told us they could not be liable for our things.

We were staying there the night before going to Yellowstone and the cabins are perfect to have an idea of the Adventure that we were looking for. The staff was really helpful and the cabins have everything that we needed: King bed, bathroom with shower, TV, refrigerator , etc. parking at the door of our cabin and looks like you are already in the park!

This was one of those bookings where the reviewers let me down! These “cabins” are one TINY room with an even tinier bathroom. There was only about 2 to 3 feet to walk around the king bed in any direction. The bed was quite hard and not very comfortable. The wardrobe for clothes was so short that my above the knee dress couldn’t hang without folding at the bottom. And while the room initially looked clean, when checking that we had all our stuff, we found someone else’s flip flops under the bed, as well as random beer caps and some other junk. The bathroom is so small that you can’t sit straight forward on the toilet as your knees don’t fit between the toilet and shower. And I’m 5’6”. There is no vanity. And the shower pressure was poor. I will mention the positives, which were that the check in people were very friendly, and check in was very smooth and efficient. Upon checkout, I told them that the room wasn’t clean, and the lady did apologize, but that was all. I definitely would NOT stay here again.

Dear kkwinwy, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay in the cabins. We are sorry that you weren't comfortable in the cabin and found it tiny. We are sorry about the lack of cleanliness and we will be discussing this with the staff. Sincerely, James Blair, Owner
