We stayed in the Studio Renewal Suite at the Delta Grand Resort for a long weekend getaway over the Easter holiday. The Delta Grand Resort staff were amazing and provided 5* customer Service! Rich gave us an unbelievable price on a whirlpool suite with breathtaking views of Lake Delton. Glory called to complete the contactless check-in process over the phone and instructions to access the secured lockbox to obtain our room keys and paperwork.
We stayed in a professionally decorated Moroccan themed condo that was beautiful, very clean, spacious and well stocked with kitchen supplies and linens. We truly enjoyed the Kohler fixtures including the 2-person whirlpool and spa rain shower with 4 other shower heads with the ambiance of the fireplace.
We loved the Delta Grand Resort so much that we’ve already booked a return visit in Mid May. Again, Rich gave us an unbelievable price on a suite. Highly recommend the Delta Grand Resort as lavish place to relax in style and enjoy the beautiful sunrise over Lake Delton.

Hi my daughter had a cheer competition for the weekend and we stayed here. Oh my gosh it was absolutely beautiful! It was like having your own private apartment. The bedroom had a very large bed with comfortable bedding. The bathroom had a HUGE walk in shower with a rainfall shower head and body jets. My daughter loved the bathroom because it was large and spacious which gave her plenty of room to get ready. The living room had a wall of sliding doors which have a spectacular view of the lake. The kitchen had a full size stove, refrigerator and dishwasher which allowed us to save money on eating out. Everything here was extremely clean and the staff was very accommodating and wonderful!!! We loved our stay here and we will definitely be back.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway in February. The condo we stayed in was beautiful and right on the lake! It was very clean, spacious (had multiple rooms with bathrooms, kitchenette, dining area, laundry) and had a beautiful view. Bed was extremely comfortable and the master bathroom was huge. The shower was the best part - had a rain shower with 4 other shower heads. I wish I had one at home! Everyone at the resort was so nice and accommodating. We also appreciated that they had discounted tickets for the Kalahari Waterpark and Cascade Mountain. We took advantage of both. We will definitely be going back again next year! Delton Grand is without a doubt the best resort in the area.

We arrived with our reservation in August but their employee made a mistake by putting our reservation in September. They provided us the solution was to move us to another room and promised to give us a lower rate. They said the refund would be received within 7-10 business days. It has been almost a month, no refunds were shown. I kept calling the resort, no one could give me a response on that refund. I sent an email to the property manager, no response. We are extremely disappointed with the customer service. Also, this resort charged us an extra cleaning fee for $250 without explaining the reason or showing pictures of evidence that proved why extra cleaning was necessary.

While the unit we stayed in was reasonably comfortable (master suite was beautiful), there were issues that went unaddressed. 1. We rented in cash to get the 5% discount in January for an August rental. Then Covid hit and management lowered their listed prices once people started to book later. We asked to get the same rate but no one responded after several requests and a promise by the check in clerks to have management contact us. 2. The ice maker was broken and while someone came to look at it, they did nothing to repair it. We had to go buy ice for our 4 day stay. 3. The ice maker in the lower unit was not even hooked up. 4. Bedspreads in all but the master were well used and even had holes. We talked to the front desk and they agreed there were reports of holes, but did nothing to replace them with fresh quilts. 5. It is advertised as having beach access but be aware it is a steep walk down an unpaved hill and another steep walk to the pool and beach. Only loading people up in a vehicle and driving down would make it easier. 6. One of the piers was unsafe and had obviously been slammed into making it unusable, but nothing was done to keep people from using it. No caution tape etc 7. When we booked this place, it advertised free Noah’s Ark water slide passes for 12 each day of our stay. Covid shut down Noah’s Ark (not the resort’s fault), but there was no offer to lower our price or offer other attractions other than standard local flyer obtainable anywhere. Again, they took our contact information, more than three times, but no one called. 8. We wanted to put our wet beach towels in the dryer but the belt was broken so it made a horrible screeching sound when we tried to use it. We ended up putting the towels on the balcony railing to dry. No response from management to fix it. 9. The cabinet door to the garbage literally came apart so we had to manually figure out a way to open the garbage cabinet drawer to keep it from coming off. 10. Minimal kitchenware.
I would never stay at this resort again. While it accommodated our entire family, the lack of response by management to work with us on the less than advertised amenities, would steer us away from here. We saved 5% on $2000 rental by paying cash, it was a lesson learned to have used the credit card and have our company help us negotiate a fair price for getting less than advertised.
I think the management needs retraining and compassion for spoiling a 50th wedding anniversary celebration.

Thank you for choosing the Delton Grand Resort. The four bedroom four bath unit that you booked were sold out at the price that you paid. The one that you saw online was a 4 bedroom 2 bath. You were charged the correct price. We did offer to bring ice and we do have ice on property. When it comes to the bed spreads, we did bring additional linens over when requested. On property, we do have a very nice indoor and outdoor pool, and also two private beaches. There is one right across the road from your unit with easy access by walk, or even car for young and old. For the pier topic, we were aware of the damage on the pier and we did call the pier company and it was scheduled for repair. We did have two other piers on property for your convivence. For Noah's Ark closing, that was out of our control. When booking a unit at the resort, the passes are included with the stay. You did not pay additional for them. We look forward to seeing you in the future.

The dream suites are a really nice and romantic room and location for a couple. The problem is that there is no maintenance or updating. Toilet paper holder is broken so toilet paper sits on counter. The shag rug is dirty and stained. The bulb is missing a shade. The room is spacious and the view is spectacular. I even like the dark hallway to the rooms. There is a room outside the elevator that is not pleasing with extra furniture dumped in it. It wouldn’t be hard to make it a nice little sitting room. The property is nice and our room was clean. The shower is pretty and has a view to outside. I gave a 5 star review last year for the cabin theme room. This review is for the spa retreat room.

Had to check in at one location and then drive about 20 mins away. Was given a map to find my condo which was located on the Chula Vista property which I would never have chosen to stay at. Was checked into the wrong room. when I called to confirm they said I was good to go. After my family of 8 had unpacked picked beds put food in cabinets and fridge, I was called to move to my correct room. I asked for something for the inconvenience. They said let them check into it which felt like a decline. I mean you have access to passes to something right. Just give us a free ticket to a water park or something. After packing up and moving to the correct room...no one can connect to the "free" wifi. The regular mobile service doesn't even work. Had to walk down the hallway to call guest services. This is not the start I wanted to kick off my daughters' birthday weekend. It's a no for me 😔

This is our fourth visit to Delton Grand property. Staff friendly. Rooms clean. Views amazing. Close but removed from the hustle and bustle.
Relaxing to wake up and enjoy the views and quiet space the condo provides after a day at the waterpark.
When We arrive back to “our home away from home” we relax and decompress while we either head out for dinner or make some home cooked food.
We always travel in Condos’s and appreciate a kitchen that is stocked with all the kitchen Utensils and also a working dishwasher. Having a washer and dryer is a big game changer. We have four children and these amenities are the difference between stressed out or calm as a cucumber. This Makes dad (me) more fun to be around.
Thanks Delton Grand for continuing to deliver a quality stay for my family. We will be back this fall.

Stayed in a 1 bed/1 bath It is true that units need carpets cleaned but I suppose that is from heavy use due to popularity of the resort. Other than that the Delton Grand is excellent. Front desk girls are extremely eager to please and make sure the guests are satisfied. Room was ready even though I got there early. Balcony right on the beach of Lake Delton. Enjoyed watching multiple families enjoy the beach for swimming and fishing off the dock. Beach furniture appears to be brand new. Didn't use the outdoor pool but the indoor pool was well cared for and deck nice and clean. Plenty of towels were available too. My honest opinion is that they are under-charging for the rooms. This is a very classy place with excellent amenities. Highly recommended.

We were absolutely thrilled with our room, it was very clean and beautifully kept, very nicely furnished and to top it off a super view overlooking Lake Delton. We had gone to the Dells for a winter hiking getaway with the plan to do this every year going forward and the Delton Grand Resort will now be our go to place to stay. There's nothing like watching a full moon reflecting off the ice from the full patio doors in total comfort, with the fireplace on and the lights down with a glass of wine. Better yet, to sit quietly and watch the sun come up with a hot cup of coffee!
We can't say enough just how much we enjoyed our stay and we look forward to seeing you again..sooner than next January!

The resort has some villas that are pet friendly - as they are privately owned, owners can make that option.

You certainly may - Lake Delton was emptied years ago in a major flood and restocked. I am unsure as to the fish population, but you are certainly welcome to use the piers. A better option may be Mirror Lake, which is nearby, a state park and very good fishing.
There are more places to choose from in the Wisconsin Dells area.
