We changed our minds within minutes of booking the hotel and called immediately. I thought possibly the hotel would be flexible because the reservation was less then 15 minutes old. They keep $50 "processing fee" of your initial deposit that can be applied to any future stay. However, we cancelled because we didn't want to stay there... why would we...

Thank you for taking a moment to share your thoughts with us. Like all resorts in Wisconsin Dells we too have a cancellation fee. This information is explained to our guests when booking online or over the phone before the booking process is finished. We do this so our guests are well aware of the terms and conditions before booking...

Very very noisy. The room was ok but a lot of noise in hall and above us. The water park was very crowded. Room size was good but no dresser. No real restaurant on site just a snack bar. Plenty of places to go in town. Good luck finding a place to park in the hotel lot everyone going to...

Do not stay at! This place has pretty much bought up all the crappy hotels in the area and are charging the same price! We stayed at the one by the river, and we had to drive out to the main resort in the -5 degrees with 6 kids under 12! Not to mention the hotel was supper nasty, no...

Thank you for taking a moment to review our resort. I would like to apologize if your stay was not what you expected. All of our rooms have standard size queen beds, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, instant coffee and at least 2 chairs. More chairs can be brought to the room if requested. If you would like to discus your...

This was our first and last stay at Mt Olympus. The water park was very small and the indoor theme park was not very family friendly, unless you have kids ages 5-9 and don't want to ride with them. We paid extra so we could stay on site at Hotel Rome and it looked really nice however without carpeting on...

We have been taking our family to the Dells for Christmas for the past 6 years and this year was a huge disappointment! We booked 4 rooms..ended up in building 6 (No shuttle to water park area) so very inconvenient for a large group with small children, the water park area had no parking for people who were stuck in...

This was my first time here and it was an ok resort. I def liked that the theme park AND water park were included and even skiing and tubing (which we didn't get a chance to try) with the room so was a nice price for everything. The theme park was a lil disappointing because I thought there would be...

Room had everything we needed for a family with teens (and friends). We booked adjoining rooms and enjoyed the extra space without the extra cost of associated with the larger suites. While the furniture is a bit heavy-duty looking, it was very practical as it was mostly attached to the wall for efficient cleaning-no need to move furniture! Service personnel...

I grew up just down the road from the Dells in Portage, WI. The Dells were my families play ground. We were constantly visiting the various water parks and attractions. Growing up the go to hotel for my family was what is now the now Great Wolf. We've since as the Dells have expanded stayed at various other resorts and...

What a joke. Arrive a day before New Years and no indication there was a NYE party. Heard 3rd person something was happening. Then, I ask 5 different people to confirm the party. Nobody knows anything and can't speak English. FINALLY, I find out its $12.95 per adult, but nobody knows what's on the menu. Really? Then I guess its...

The hotel room and building was rather run down. Indoor water park was nice and the kids had fun on the water slides but not enough to look past the hotel room. Treadmills didn't work in workout facility. Definitely not in the same class as great wolf lodge and the wilderness
