Enjoyed a pleasant two-night stay at "Nysa Estate" with our family of 12. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the staff exhibited great humility. The cleanliness and service were impeccable, although the pool could use some extra attention in cleanliness. The chefs (Rakesh and Pappu) were accommodating, readily preparing additional dishes upon request. A delightful poolside BBQ dinner was arranged, allowing us to savor food while the kids enjoyed the pool. The managers (Sumukh and Partha) not only suggested places to visit but efficiently organized our itinerary, minimizing any wasted time. Also, an exclusive WhatsApp group provided a convenient platform for inquiries and confirmations. Overall, “Nysa estates” is a highly commendable property.

Nysa Estate has a warm and welcoming first look. On your visit, you can expect a tastefully done up house and four spacious rooms on the first floor with huge balcony with refreshing nature view.
Bathrooms are neat too
The sitting room has a great view where you can sip away your tea and coffee leisurely in the lap of nature. We enjoyed our walk and basking in the warmth of the sun.
The dining area is separate from the main house, where you can enjoy having your meals with the sound of nature .
The main cook Rakesh gave us hot home made food and served it with a warm smile . Very courteous staff.
we really enjoyed the two day break amidst nature and would love to be back again. Great place for a family stay

Thank you Nilo and Rubi for a wonderful stay at your well-appointed home. The home is a perfect blend of a homestay offering privacy and a modern resort. The rooms are clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. Each room has a deck with a great view of the surroundings. The location is great with easy access to treks and a stream nearby and importantly away from maddening crowds. The caretakers are pretty flexible and the food was customized to our taste. Overall I would highly recommend this property and would definitely visit again / send friends over here.

Have been to Coorg multiple times and I must say that the stay in Nysa Estates has been the best. We had planned 2 night stay along with couple of friends and their families. If not for school/ offices, we all had a consensus on extending our stay 😊
What stood out was that it is a beautiful property amidst the nature, food comparable to home cooked food, rooms that were large, bathrooms with excellent fittings, music system making the evening memorable, the large deck in all the rooms, the beautiful drive to the property and the proximity to the markets.
Let me start from the travel day, we all reached at different time including one family that reached at midnight. The drive through the forest area on a misty evening erased the journey fatigue and they were pleasantly surprised on reaching that the thoughtful hosts had kept some home made parathas ready for them.
When we reached there, we realized that the picture posted by the host actually do not do justice to the place, the architecture and the modern aesthetic cannot be captured in any picture. To our delight, the property was spick and span, completely sanitized and the rooms and the bathrooms were extremely cozy.
The property is nestled inside the coffee plantation of the host and we all loved doing our morning and evening walk there. If you are into bird watching and into photography there is no chance that you will be free for even few minutes. There is a big possibility that you will also get hooked to star gazing.
We had all our meals in the property as nothing can beat the quality of home cooked food particularly when you are travelling.
We went for a drive during noon to 2-3 markets that are within 10 minutes drive from the property and found all essentials that we needed. Our intention was only relaxation within the property but on insistence by the host we ventured out to a river nearby and for a trek in the morning. Considering that these 2 places are not known to the usual tourist who visit Coorg, it continues to be very serene and unexploited- my advise is to carry your sneakers and a change of clothes as you may want to take a dip.
Overall, I do look forward to visiting this place again as it has the quality, hygiene of a great resort/ hotel and at the same point of time makes us comfortable enough to give the homely feeling.

Must visit this property for exclusive experience. We visited with friends and families on 11th of May. Everything was 5 star. It was beyond expectation in terms of rooms , views , luxury and entertainment sections with LED TV and private lounge bar with sound activated light/music for a memorable evening. Rakesh (caretaker) was more than willing to provide extra care even at 1 am in the night. Food was delicious and spread was really good. Plantation walk was mesmerising and I would recommend to everyone with friends and family want to have exclusive time

First a bit about the location : Away from the hustle and bustle of city life, set amidst a sprawling coffee estate, mist induced Uber cool mornings and evenings. One would then expect minimal facilities at such a location, but surprise surprise ! The spacious 5 bedroom Villa comes with all modern amenities including a 100mbps internet connection. How I wish I could work from here 😅 The entire furnishing and interior decor are done aesthetically with a lot of open space! I will undoubtedly visit again !

Visit to Nysa estate was a lovely experience. The place is tucked away amidst plantations, has picturesque surroundings on the outside. Inside the property, it has modern and tastefully furnished 5 bedrooms and spacious launge area for a large group to connect over a mug of Coorg coffee or simply party. Around the estate, we went for a couple of exciting tracks with pristine waterfalls and amazing viewpoints.

This is an estate which exceeded our expectation. The interiors are awesome & we had a very comfortable stay. The rooms are quite big. The big hall on the ground floor acted as a big plus where we can sit & enjoy the evenings. There is a lot of space in the front for the kids to play around. The dining hall is spacious. The food was very good & prepared well. It is indeed a delight to wakeup to a mist filled early morning. The view from the estate is very good. Walking around the estate with all greeneries is very relaxing. Definitely worth visiting & highly recommend it.

Wonderful property! Slightly far from the main town, so best to have your own mode of transport. If you are looking for a place away from the hustle bustle, it is a very good option. Loads of common area, rooms are well done and the caretakers Mr Rakesh and Mr Laxman are very considerate. They also manage food in case you want to eat at the property itself.
