I found the staff here to be very friendly. I have seen a lot of reviews discussing how old and outdated the hotel is. i agree but found it doesn't matter. It is clean and comfortable so the fact that it is outdated really didn't bother me. Our only two issues were that you had to hold down the toilet...

The hotel room was standard delivery. When we went to our room there were many room service dishes in the hallway, a sign of staff not following through or inadequate controls. The rooms were ok, as one would expect. Bar was decent. Nice water in the entranceway, and coffee; however, the coffee was not kept full. The hotel is being...

As a Hotel operator we appreciate our customer feedback, so thank you for completing a review about your most recent stay. I have reviewed your comments with our Food & Beverage Director and she is reviewing our procedure for Room Service tray recovery. I stayed here for a conference a few weeks ago. The hotel is so bad, that Marriott took their name off of it in shame. Marriott still owns the property (you can still use your rewards points and such), but it just doesn't say Marriott anywhere. It was actually hard to find because at night... it has no signage illuminated....

Thank you for your feedback on your TripAdvisor review. I wish I would have had the opportunity to meet you and discuss your concerns at the time of your visit. We strive to deliver on our promise of 100% guest satisfaction which we fell way short. The reason for the Marriott name taken off the building is that we are...

Myself and a group of work colleagues stayed for 2 weeks. During the 1st week we made use of the conferencing facilities which other than a big room was nothing special. The breakfast, snacks and lunch served during the week was really good although the variety was mostly Mexican food. The daily room cleaning service was not very good and...

Just find another place! It is clean. Bed is comfort! There is a workout room! Restaurant was poor! I will not eat there again! The last time I stayed here it was good. The heater/air will only blow hot because winter! My room is stuffy! So, I called office they told me to open my window to cool off! Seriously!

Property not outdated. Clean, well maintained, friendly and efficient employees. Restaurant better than surrounding restaurants and was good to be a standalone. Pool and exercise room more than adequate. Good value and good stay.

It took me a bit to find this place because when I booked, it was a Marriott hotel Let's just say... IT ISN'T anymore. They lost the tag and there is a reason for it. It's old and out of shape. We had a conference here and it went very well. Time to upgrade and rehab the rooms. I was...

This place needs some serious updating. Creepy and creaky elevators, 70's decor, substandard front desk service, uninviting "lobby" with bad coffee. This place is Kept under the Delta name to conceal association with Marriott maybe ...which maybe a smart decision.

If you're looking for solid quality Marriott is usually a good stay. No different in Racine. While this is a older property it's well maintained and a nice facility. Nice restaurant on site. Decent exercise facilities and executive lounge available. Staff is very helpful and professional. Central location to town.
