We spent two nights here to ride our bikes in this area. Port Washington is midway on the Interurban trail. You can ride the trail south to Cedarburg or even further to Milwaukee. The trail also heads north to Sheboygan / Kohler. We enjoyed riding both on Saturday and Sunday. Do not miss breakfast at Port Washington Inn. We had...

My wife and I spent 2 wonderful nights at this B&B. Dave and Rita made our stay and experience we will always remember. Everything about the Inn was wonderful and we will certainly return when in the area. The breakfast is amazing and a must is Dave's own wheat bread. Thank you both for all your hospitality. Port Washington is...

We enjoyed our stay at the Inn very much. We needed a long weekend away and Port Washington was perfect. The inn was very comfortable and the hosts extremely friendly and accommodating. We stayed on the top floor and loved watching the sunrise while enjoying our morning coffee. The hosts recommended restaurants and things to do. We highly recommend the...

My mother and I spent 4 nights in Helen's and Noelle's Rooms on the second floor. I have stayed in many B&B's, and I can say that Rita and Dave have innkeeping down to a science--and an art. The inn is spotless. Each room has its own key so you can lock the door when you leave during the day....

Most people’s lives are more hectic than they wish and their time away with loved ones is less frequent than they wish. Choosing a venue to enhance that special time together is increasingly important. We understand; we feel the same. When we switch roles and become travelers/guests we are always hoping for lovely weather and easy traveling; of course that...

My wife and I stayed at the Port Washington Inn for a getaway weekend, and everything about the experience was excellent. The breakfast is truly exceptional, the amenities are great, and the location is an easy walk to downtown Port Washington. We stayed in Dorothy's Room. We strongly recommend this B&B to everyone!

The Port Washington Inn is one of the very nicest B&Bs we've ever stayed in. Everything, from the curb appeal of the building and setting to the smallest detail, has been carefully thought of and attended to. Rita and Dave Nelson, the innkeepers, are a gracious and delightful couple. The rooms and public spaces are immaculate and filled with aesthetically...

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal and you can walk into town. We stayed in Grace's Suite and loved the balcony with the view of the lighthouse. Dave and Rita were very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was great!

We stayed at this beautiful and spotless B&B while in Wisconsin for a family reunion. It was our second visit. The hosts are extremely kind, helpful for whatever you need but not in your way if you just want a quiet visit. I was on a highly restrictive diet and they were very gracious in doing everything they could to...

From the moment we arrived, we felt the warmth and friendliness of the innkeepers, Rita and Dave. Their welcoming made you feel at home. The Inn is beautiful and charming. We stayed in The Top of the World Suite. The room was very comfortable and private. As for the breakfast, it was outstanding.

We are forever grateful for our guests who take the time to post a review of their stay at Port Washington Inn. We are beginning our 20th season as owners/innkeepers here; the return of guests from pre-renovation times reminds us that a memorable stay often has more to do with welcoming hospitality than with a wealth of amenities. Renovations accomplished...

Port Washington Inn is a five room bed and breakfast in the truest sense of the term. The inn was built in 1903 as the private home of George and Eva Blessing. The original character of the home has been preserved during the extensive restoration it has undergone during our time here (our 22nd season begins in 2017)! A stay at Port Washington Inn will provide peaceful privacy and generous hospitality. We routinely serve breakfast meat(s) separately so NO ADVANCED NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO ACCOMMODATE A VEGETARIAN DIETARY PREFERENCE. The complimentary beverage centers, homemade treats, and generous common areas inside and outside the inn receive high marks with our guests. ALL GUESTROOMS HAVE QUEEN BEDS, ENSUITE BATHS, COMFORTABLE SEATING FOR TWO, LIGHTING TO SUPPORT READING.
