Nice Hotel, close to the highway, near restaurants and shopping in need of remodeling entrance door is kind of narrow Hotel has a second floor but there is NO ELEVATOR only stairs path rooms in need of remodeling front desk will disappear and will have to wait for them to check

I stayed here for the past week. Not once were the sheets changed, the floors cleaned or the counters cleaned. All they did was make the bed, empty trash cans & put out new towels. Hallway carpet was very dirty & updating is needed. Would not stay here again.

We have addressed your concerns regarding your room cleaning with our housekeeping department and are investigating this further on our end. Please know that you can address these concerns to us during your stay, so that we may get them rectified for you, rather than having you leave unsatisfied with our service. Regarding the hallway carpeting, we are aware this is in need of being updated, an issue we are working on with our corporate office. We have recently gotten a new carpet shampooer as our previous one was no longer functioning in a feasible capacity for us. Even now, our maintenance staff is working on cleaning the hallway carpeting and getting back on regular routine. Again, we apologize you did not enjoy your stay, and next time suggest you bring any issues to our attention during your stay for us to rectify.

What are their breakfast hours?
I think 6:30 to 9:30. But one morning they didn't start until 7:00. The front desk clerk is also the breakfast attendant, so items aren't always replenished in a timely manner. They have two do-it-yourself waffle makers, cold cereal, packs of instant oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, etc. Boiled eggs not peeled. There are no hot items except the waffles.
