For the past 40 years (since we got married!) we've had on our to-do list Mineral Point/Pendarvis. We just made it happen - finally. What a cute town, great history and amazing first good weather of the season. The highlight, though, was the very restful stay at the Mineral Point Inn. Since our whole purpose was escaping from "life", they...

Thank you for this review! As new hoteliers, nothing makes us more proud and enthusiastic about this business than giving our guests what they want most out of a hotel stay in Mineral Point. The reviews we have had since taking over in June have made it all worth it ! Thank you ALL ! - Lisa and John :)

Beautiful fall weekend getaway stay. Mineral Point is a lovely, historic, artsy town and the MPH is right within short walking distance to the main street galleries, restaurants, and shopping. Parking is on the street, but that wasn't an issue during our stay. The decor is impeccably stylish and comfortable. We felt like we were guests in someone's home, not...

Feels like home. Loved the lobby with endless snacks and coffee/tea. Comfy beds and great tub. My only concern was the storage/kitchen room off the main lobby is always unlocked with open door. All the room keys are hanging on the wall which means anyone has easy access to all room keys. I discovered this when I went into the...

Stayed at the Mineral Point hotel for two nights over the Fall Art Tour. It was a really pleasant stay in all ways. What I really appreciated was the attention to details that the owners, Mike and Lisa Wagner, put into the place. Our room (#1840) was comfortable and well appointed. Unlike other 1800s era places we've stayed, there was...

Stayed in room 1840 upstairs. Fabulous soaker bathtub. Nice porch with seats and table. Two minute walk to the Opera House and restaurants. Never saw the owners, but that was ok with us. They left instructions and key at the front desk for us. Saw a few other guests hanging out in the comfy lobby. Only five or six rooms...

This hotel is much more then that. The rooms are beautiful and updated and yet they are unique and have kept with probably the original feel. The bathroom is big and the claw foot tub just begs you to take a soak. I would suggest this for both couples and groups. If you are traveling with other couples you could...

Our room was clean and cozy, and the hotel was lovely. There was tea, coffee and snacks available, and it was so private and quiet. The best thing was that we were a stone's throw from great restaurants and adorable, historic Mineral Point.

Stayed four days at this hotel in Mineral Point, WI and was most satisfied. Fabulous location-walking distance to some of the best eating places, art galleries and historic sites in the area. Neat, clean with a pleasant patio, in room frig, table and chairs. Charming inside and out. The lovely owner was most gracious and helpful!

We've been going to Mineral Point every summer in conjunction with trips to American Players Theater and galleries in town. 2015 we spent two nights at the historic Mineral Point Hotel. What a great experience. Rooms well appointed (good bed, pillows and linens; frig, cable/TV, reading lamps, tasteful decor) and comfortable common room to hang with our friends over morning...
