Neighborhood has changed dramatically. Friendly clean environment. Saw made clean with Clorox in all rooms and sanitizing with steam as I stayed few days. Very reasonable price starting at 40 bucks. Downtown. Can't beat that. I was very surprised at the amount of security there was around. Every guest has to register for safety purposes. I like that. Knowing Milwaukee....

The worst motel known to man, constant traffic in and out of the rooms on either side, paper thin walls, prostitution, rooms smell like sex and cigarettes, no heat, baseboards growing black mold, paint chipped bathtub, dirty towels, thrift store bed, thrift store doors, it stinks, it stinks, it stinks, no manager and it stinks

I found this place through an online tip. I was told it was in a real bad area but stumbled across it within a few moments from the bus / train station on a city bus . The property itself didnt look too bad it could use some paint and touch up but thats not uncomen in a value property....
