Stayed here for three nights while touring Milwaukee. The hotel is truly beautiful, the rooms are spacious, quiet and the beds are very comfortable. My only complaint was hard pillows, which was rectified with one phone call. We had breakfast each day at their restaurant, and a meal in the bar. The food was always excellent.

I went to check in and they had upgraded everyone here to the hotel across the street.. It was lovely. They got me a microwave and refrigerator for my room because I had planned on having one in the other hotel. I used the shuttle for Summerfest and the drivers were so nice and everyone was helpful.

First of all, the two hotels are across the street from each other. I think the Inn is the "lower" of the two. We had great service the rooms are fine. However, we planned our trip based on the shuttle service to and from Summerfest. Going to Summerfest there was quite a crowd waiting outside for the shuttle, it was...

A very basic hotel. Parking is 10 dollars in a small lot across the street, and is convenient. Front desk was friendly and had the reservation and rate correct. There is a mild odor in the halls and lobby, nothing awful as some reviewers have stated. Just smells like an older hotel that used to be smoked in. Room was...

Convenient location, good price for in & out parking, room was clean and front desk is always helpful. Our key to the room didn't work on day 2 but it was immediately corrected. Museums, concerts & shopping galore!

The location is great if you're going to the Rave. Our bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly (to put it nicely). They use flat sheets instead of fitted on the beds, which won't be a problem for you if you don't move in your sleep. The room itself was decently clean, TV worked well, had a micro/frig. Breakfast was a joke....

This hotel is old and needs updating esp. The bathroom where the toilet paper keeps falling because the roller is broken. The shower is average. The room smells old. The carpet needs replacing. They should have a little patio inside the hotel where guests can still be inside the hotel but can go for fresh air, like a lanai.

Very old, peeling wall papers, dirty, stained rugs, A/C out of order, nonsmoking room with a heavy smell of cigar(or something else?), layer of dust on lamps and other surfaces, walls paper thin (you can join your neighbor's conversation :), free wifi very slow and breaks up quite often. About a mile from convention center. Part of the walk through...

I stayed here while taking classes for few day at the Marquette University. I think the location is great, walking distance to places to see and of course the University itself; however, it is not as neat as you expected based on the photos. I have dinner couple nights at the hotel and it was not exciting, I will recommend...

Not a clean hotel, definitely NOT the Ambassador HOTEL across the street. Old and outdated coverlets on the bed (not what's pictured), room smelled smokey, elevator was tiny and breakfast was odd off brand cereal and watered down coffee. Give this a pass.
