Staying at the Pfister has been on my wife's bucket list for years. I wanted to come to because i know visiting pro sports teams often stay here. So I booked a room for our anniversary. It was better than either of us expected. Large beautiful lobby with classic architecture made this a great place to people-watch. We sat near...

The historic Pfister Hotel has the unique character of "Old World" Milwaukee with modern amenities. The stay is a memorable experience. The main hotel is historic while the tower portion of the hotel is modern with easy access to the 23rd floor lounge and pool. The lounge has incredible views of the East side of Milwaukee and Lake Michigan. The...

We visited on a really cold January weekend. We were delighted by this beautiful, quality hotel! I love all the polished stone and carved wood, and vintage artwork throughout. The shower is the best ever. Staff was friendly, helpful, attentive. I look forward to visiting again!

I love this hotel & stay there every time I'm in Milwaukee. It's one of those grand hotels from bygone years, & I love that. The lobby is ornate & plushly carpeted. There's a cozy bar with a fireplace &, at night, a piano player - drinks by the fire with music on a cold night is heaven! There are...

Our family stayed in two rooms for a single night and were happy with both rooms. The bathroom in one of the rooms had a drainage problem that caused the water to back up. No big deal since we were only staying one night. I did, however, mention it when we checked out so the hotel would know to fix...

SERVICE, LOCATION, & MORE SERVICE!! This was our first visit to Milwaukee, and how great I listened to fellow Trip-sters to lead us to the right place. The hotel has 2 sides, one historic and the other newer (but I wouldn't call it modern) the look and feel felt fresh & refined. We stayed on the newer side in the...

The Pfister: Classic charm without being stuffy and the oh so comfortable room and bed make the Pfister our favorite downtown destination. Its central location is a bonus. We also recommend the bar at Mason Street Grill.

As one enters the grand hall of the Pfister, you are sure you have become part of the royal family! From the amazing decor, and the original art on the walls, to the fine food, to the attentiveness of everyone who welcomes you, you must have just been crowned! It is an amazing "palace"!

Our first choice to stay when visiting Milwaukee. The minute you walk through the revolving door, you take in history. Stunning architecture. This was a short stay but we took advantage of their "Spa-mazing" package. Visiting the spa is a must. You will always leave relaxed and continue to feel relaxed. A rarity in today's world! The top floor bar...
