From the sign in to the sign out it was an awesome experience. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The TV has cable TV and great reception. The staff is friendly and professional. The pool and whirlpool are wonderful. We travel a lot and our only regret is that we did not stay here every time we are in...

The Quality Inn was a nice hotel for inexpensive the room was. The continental breakfast was excellent. Probably the best I've had. The room was pretty small but had a fridge and microwave. Definitely the best bang for your buck here. Overall friendly staff as well.

My husband and I were attending a conference in LaCrosse and the Quality Inn was a simple, but good choice. I think the rates were higher because of the conference that weekend, so it seemed a little pricey for your basic hotel chain. If you get a good rate, then I would definitely go back. But if you get a...

Our hotel stay here was just fine; the room was clean, although a little small and dated furniture. Earlier in the evening there was quite a bit of noise in the hall and nearby rooms, but it settled down by 10 pm. It's conveniently located, with several restaurant options nearby. Complimentary breakfast was more substantial and varied than we expected....

When we arrived, a nice young lady at the front desk told us we'd be in a handicap room because they were sold out and that is all they had left. That's just fine with us, as long as someone didn't need that room. We were really surprised when we opened the door and found out how small the room...

Stayed here when picking up our son for winter break and he had a late final. Room was clean, bed comfortable and the staff friendly. Breakfast was pretty good - waflles, eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, etc. Will be staying here again.

We made reservations at this hotel so that my wife could visit a terminally ill friend. Unfortunately, at the last minute we were told her friend's health had deteriorated more quickly than anticipated and were asked by the family to not make the trip. I understand the hotel has every right under it's cancellation policy to charge us for this...

We booked this hotel while in La Crosse for a wedding. It had everything we wanted for a three night stay, comfortable, clean rooms with all amenities one could ask for. The staff was very helpful and attentive, especially Laurie Turner, who had good suggestions for where to find restaurants nearby, and giving good directions for our party who were...

The bathroom in the room had a very unique design, I liked the curved shower curtain rod and the vanity mirror! The size of the rooms and the beds were very comfortable. Upon checking in, the front desk associate told me "we have zero tolerance for drinking - we are not afraid to call the police in the event that...

Upon registering, we were given a free upgrade because it was our anniversary and nobody had rented the whirlpool king room. Staff were especially friendly, the lobby, breakfast area and halls were especially bright and clean. Our room was fairly new looking, bed and pillows were very comfortable, TV worked great, HVAC unit was easy to use and cancelled-out the...
