We overnighted here on our way to Salsa Ride Camp. Not a great choice. Lots of road noise. Ugly campsites. We were here in off season, so water slide wasn't open... but as our "teepee" was right next to it I can imagine how obnoxious it would have been if the slide was open. Talking of teepee: rain was in...

We are staying at the KOA during the busy Labor Day weekend. It is packed full of campers with many, many kids but everything has been very well organized. The campsites are a bit tight which I don't typically like but this has been a nice stay. I would stay here again if my journeys bring me back to this...

My boys (18,15,13) and I rented a cabin and had a blast. The park was very clean. Going tubing down the river was crazy fun. They delivered firewood right to your site. The cabin was very clean and the workers were very pleasant.

Great place for kids as there are many activities for them to participate in but be prepared to pay for it. Jumping pillow - $ - mini golf - $ - water slide - $ - tubing - $ - the list goes on. The sites are cramped! Sand everywhere so be prepared for a mess in your camper or...

( craft, games, wagon rides, dj and dancing, and family movie night) free campfire Smores on Friday night, they also have a food wagon open in the morning if you don't want to cook breakfast or just need that first...

The only negative, and the reason I didn't give it a 5, was the campsite was so close to the road. And not a back road. At times you had to yell to hear each other from the trucks. Not relaxing. Everything else was great! Very friendly staff. TONS for kids to do. You do have to pay for all...

We stayed here for two nights specifically to take our kayak down the river. We had several unpleasant surprises. Before I start listing the things you need to be aware of, let me say the staff was super! They were friendly and helpful and actufally seemed to enjoy their job! Now for the bad things you need to be aware...

“If you don't need a pull-through site get a site around the perimeter. These sites have grass; inner sites are DIRT.”

“Tee pee's were spacious and fun to sleep in with kids. They do leave a little open to the air at the top and when there was rain it was wet around the perimeter.”

“I agree with other posters, if you have small children get a site at the back of the campground as there is a very busy road in the front. The teepees are spacious and wonderful. We would stay in one again instead of renting a kamping cabin they are so nice!”
