We have stayed in this repurposed barn twice now. Last time we stayed in the Molly Brown. It's a very beautiful suite that overlooks a quiet field and the sunrise every morning. This time we stayed in the silo, which has 2 bedrooms & 1 1/2 baths. The silo it's self has been repurposed into an indoor gazebo with a coffee staition, 2 loveseats. Where you can watch the sunrise and set each day. All the suites are equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, & dishwasher for your convenience. The only thing the rooms don't have is shampoo and conditioner. Otherwise, the place is perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Suite Clover. The living area was well-furnished and comfortable. Really enjoyed the gas fireplace on the cool mornings and evenings. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for simple meals, even an oven and a dishwasher. The upstairs loft with the bathroom and bedroom was also very roomy and comfortable. Loved staying outside of town. Definitely recommend!

We stayed in the Mettie Rose at the back of the barn, and could not hear the highway which made for a restful sleep and quiet mornings. Lovely "country" kitchen with modern amenities, lots of sunshine, spacious rooms (even just to remove your shoes and jackets), beautiful views of hay fields and flower pots. Staying here made our visit to Door County memorable. Intriguing antique store on bottom level. Owner/manager prompt when texted regarding questions. Great place to stay!

I would give it 1 Star, but that would be mean! Stayed in the Garden Suite unit. Very large room, but that is the only nice I can think of. The front door weather strip was falling off and you could see the outside. When you walk in, there is a celling fan that has 3 lites and 2 were burned out. There was a Celling fan in the bedroom, but it sounded like a bearing was out and made soo much noise, there is no way you could sleep when it's running. It also had a Jacuzzi in the room, but it didn't work. There was no way to turn it on, so it must just be there for show. Internet didn't work for a day and a half. Texted them on that and was told I could come over to his office if I needed to check my emails. The table lamp by the bed also didn't work. Another bulb was out. We stayed there from Tuesday to Friday. Thursday night we ran out of the 1 roll of toilet paper provided. Texted them and they asked if we need a roll that night! ( Why would I send a text at 9:45 in the evening just to say there wasn't any toilet paper if I didn't need it. They did drop some off shortly after we said yes we need it, so someone must live close by. This place could be a goldmine if it was cared for properly, but with everything not working, I have to say I would not recommend this place, nor would I stay there again. Pay more money for a room and get a better place. YOU DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

totally loved our stay - each suite is different and offers great amenities. The bestthough is the Salsa :) Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Fridge a bit old and hence loud, mattresses could be renewed, but hey - it is the experiemce after all. Leif is super nice

First time to Door County. Cornerstone gives a unique VRBO experience. Cozy, extremely clean, and comfortable. No cookie-cutter decor! Farm-house chic; lots of antiques. Full kitchen. Be ready for steep steps, no handicap provisions. Totally enjoyed our stay.

Owner is complete jerk. Wouldn't stay there if my life depended on it. Wanted me to call back when it was convenient for him. Then sent me nasty text threatening to make me famous in Door County. Everyone else in Door County was very friendly.

We absolutely loved The Cornerstone!! We can't wait to go back! We always stay in Egg Harbor. So this was perfect for us! It's in a very quiet area, short distance to many places. There are 4 different suites and we hope to stay in them all! You will love the place too!!

My husband and I stayed here for three nights with friends. The Cornerstone suite is lovely, clean, well equipped and most importantly not overly decorated or crowded. Plenty of room for toiletries and clothing etc. Also, the windowed sitting area on the third floor is charming and a great place to read and have a cup of coffee. We did not use the jacuzzi on the first floor. The only negative was the discrepancy in prices for the suite. The 2015 website information conflicted with the higher quote given by phone which also conflicted with the posted prices in the suite itself. Call me old fashioned, but I think the posted on-line price should be the correct one. Also, they do not take credit cards and really prefer cash, which is not very convenient.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit. It was miserable. The smell from the fabric softener in the bedding was overwhelming and made us all sick. We opened the windows to try to get rid of the smell and then couldn't close them because the window cranks were stripped. The kitchen sink faucet leaked when you turned it on and if you didn't wipe it up quick enough, everything on the counter got wet. To make a long story short, it was definitely not worth the $240 a night plus tax that we paid for the place and we will never go back.
