We stayed in the motel portion of the resort. Our room was just a basic room with two queen sized beds. The room was clean and comfortable and the resort seems like it is run very well. We would definitely stay again.

Three of us were too early for eating at the Chanticleer Inn Restaurant... The review is for, the off hour outside grill, overlooking the water (the only good part). Don't stay if the restaurant isn't open, the burger with a bag of chips option (no fries available) is expensive and not worth the experience.

We recently decided to bring three generations together to celebrate milestone birthdays. It was a bit of a last-minute party and not an easy thing to pull off in the height of summer season in a WI resort town. Chanticleer Inn was just what we needed - pet friendly, multiple room types (we had both motel and a condo), traditional...

We stayed in a king room overlooking the river. It was a great spot. However, the room was old and worn. The room was small. There was no table in the room, so we were unable to play any cards, or have room to eat etc. There was no counter in the bathroom. Just a very small glass shelf. Again,...

Year round resort on one of the largest chain of lakes in the U.S. Hotel rooms, suites, condos and home are available. Reasonable rates for the area, on the water docks for your boat are available as are all types of rental water craft. Great restaurant and bar in season.

Although we have traveled to the Eagle River area many times, this was our first stay at the Chanticleer Inn, and we were very pleased. We brought our small, friendly, well-behaved Italian greyhound and had a great time! The resort has that definite North Woods vibe, down in the woods and on the water, with a choice of accommodations such...

Great location. Close to my favorite spots by boat. My family stayed in one of their hotel room suites for a few days before the house we were renting was ready. They have a nice sand beach which is hard to find at Eagle River resorts. The rooms are dated, but clean. There is a kitchenette which was handy. They...

We stayed at the Chanticleer Inn may 15th through may 16th, 2015. We wanted a comfortable sleeping experience, and it was definately that. The beds there are very clean and comfortable. The decor was also relaxing. Each room has deck with a bistro set. Heat and air conditioning are also supplied. There is a restaraunt connected to the inn. Fine...

I made a reservation at the Chanticleer Inn on Expedia for 2 rooms (one room for 2 nights and one room for 1 night). I received a booking confirmation from Expedia. The next day I received an email from Chanticleer saying that they cannot honor the reservation (even though it was confirmed). They said their price is actually higher than...
