$ STAFFS RESPONSE 👎🏻 $ BUFFET WAS PATHETIC $ POOL WAS NOT CLEANED $ NO COMMUNICATION $ Staff doesn’t care about the guest . Only one staff in front desk was so helpfull a short guy lite. Colour who was doing night shift ( appreciated ) Front office staff was good fro nothing and being rude There was a staff named remya i guess from not ranches another property. Who was giving wrong informations to un in the midnight and we are roaming here n there. Then once we reach there she told us that its fully booked and go to RACHES in the midnight we were alrdy tired and she or anyone else from the resort has not shown the manners to talk to us atleat They just by phone but we were waiting outside the resort no one came out to help us. It was a heavy rainy day. And we went to Ranches from there very late night and next day exactly 12 front offce staff is pushing us to checkout which seems very bad. And we requested a cake for my brothers bday they said ok and then later no respons. Seriously we never wanted to come back. Am writing this review now i know its been 2 months now but i just remembered that visit for a moment which made oue whole day collapse. Never ever comeback or suggest to anyone. So bad experience…

This is one of the best places I have ever been.. My whole family enjoyed the stay .. Wilderness around , would make anyone calm and energetic.. The ambience is so refreshing.. Well behaved support staffs and brilliant Service. I'm really looking for another trip to JB anytime soon. If you are looking for a calm , peaceful and refreshing stay ...this is a must try... Really loved this place, a calm and serine environment where you wake up to the songs of birds. There is a small stream nearby and kids will love it. We stayed there for a day, the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly, the food is good. I highly recommend this place.

It’s a hide out from the crowd Secluded and in the wild The cook was awesome . Everything tasted good We stayed in Phantom Villa , could be more clean or well maintained . Staff are friendly and very helpful

Had a one day and night stay at jungle beats.beautiful location and ambience.room was well maintained.service was excellent..room service also available..natural pool is another attraction.5 variety of cottages are avaailable here..I chose a honeymoon hut..which was just beautiful..totally enhoyed the stay..

A Resort surrounded by Greenery, Forest, Where You Will Have Cottages In Forest. Also A Fresh Home cooked Food Made By Anna. So if you want to have feeling of Forest , The perfect place to go. We spent 2 nights and really loved our stay away from City, you can hear the birds voice and the voice of River so its actually the Forest feeling you will have
