I saw in Instagram very good Reel about this Resort. Thats why we think to book Room in this Resort for our Friend Honeymoon. I call to Reception and Book the Room pay advance also. That time they talk very nicely. After that I ask to the Receptionist about the Flower arrangement in Room and Candle Light Dinner arrangements. First of all that lady seeing my messages but not Replying properly and Proper way. Then I ask her the manger number. She give me that. I call him. He too much talking and Every Minute he saying I'm the First Hotel Management Batch in Kerala. We providing high level standards etc. He says he will arrange everything nicely. I just tell him about my preferences they he talking very Rude way and saying like our policy like this like that. And he promise don't worry I make them happy. I trust him. 1 day Before Check in I call and ask everything ok. He says yes. Then I tell him when the Room Flower arrangement is Ready Just send me the photo. Then he says says that we make on night. I says that should be they check in time. Then again he doing his arrangements and Make it Rude. I Really Tired with him I tell him do what you want. My Friend is come to check in they are waiting for 45 min they didn't make Ready Room on Check in time. But they make the Flower arrangement nicely I'm happy for that. The candle light Dinner Table cloth is Fully Stains . Don't prefer this Resort. It's totally worst. Idiot manger and idiot Receptionist . Zero Hospitality …

Poor service and would feel isolated after reaching the room. The ambience is lovely and it’s right in the middle of a coffee plantation. You can’t really call the rooms as tree houses but built on fabricated bars. It may be tempting to say “getting lost in the wild” but it could be terrible when it happens to you, after paying a ransom. The facilities provided are basic and of below standards. The google location provided by them landed us a kilometer away and all that they have is two signboards inside this thick forest. One board is uprooted and the other one is inside the woods.The road leading to the resort is un metaled and Kachha. You need a four wheel drive to reach the place and the parking facility can hold only 3-4 cars. The food is lovely and they did put in all the efforts to feed us well. We have stayed in munnar,allepey,thekkedy but this resort gave us good memories with delicious food and private pool stay, We enjoyed alot with nature and staff is very humble & we want to visit again.

My experience with Coffee County Resort was really really bad. I had a booking confirmation for May 17th, 2022 for myself and wife. I realized that I didn’t have any rooms available after getting at the resort and they even said there are no rooms booked under my name even though I had the booking confirmation on me. After the arguments, they agreed it’s their mistake and gave me another room in a different resort which was 44 minutes away from Coffee County Resort. Me and my wife were tired after the long drive and walks from the morning onwards as we were having a small trip and reached at the new place by 8:30 pm. I won’t suggest this place to any of my friends or family. This could be a rarely occurring situation for the resort management, but for me, it was tiring and frustrating. I believe the resort management should be more responsible when they’re in such a competitive business and hope they’ll do better in the future and nobody gets such bad experience from the management…

We stayed at the resort with my family. The location is beautiful but the good part ends there. The rooms are badly maintained (definitely not in line with the 5 star pricing). When we were there, the roof leaked, the flush broke, there was no power for a whole night and the hot water didn't work. It was a miserable experience and the management's response was "we're trying to fix it". The basics I would expect from a two star hotel were missing. The food was also bad, with basically the same two (tasteless) dishes being served at every meal. The pool at the room was not cleaned and was pretty dirty. Overall, regretted my decision to stay here. Please avoid this if you can

Had such a pleasant stay, we visited this place in 2019, we still cherish our stay at this beautiful amazing place, it’s a must visit resort, would love to visit again 😊 And yes even the food was excellent 👍🏻

If you need a 'kidu vibe' ,I strongly recommend Coffee county resort..It is located inside a big coffee plantation with superb view of wayanad hills.It was calm and quiet atmosphere.We had taken Poolvilla and tree house type cottages in 2 days.Both are different experience and awesome.. Overall , Vibe and climate is superb 👌

Excellent hospitality , nice ambience , good staffs , foods are exceptionally good too.. Never thought they have such a nice spot inside the coffee plantation Any vehicle can go easily inside.. I felt indoor activities has to be made much more entertaining

The property has a cozy feel to it and is surrounded by a spectacular view to the hills and the valley! The stay is very comfortable and the staff is friendly too. I experienced staying in both the tree house and the private cottage and loved it. The only small feedback I would give is having more variety and food options in the dinner menu.
