Superb location, the view frm the rooms are awesome. Only 6 rooms there and all have good view except room no 6. We were a grp of 20 and bkd 5 rooms. Hall and balcny are common for 2 rooms. So if u want privacy bk 2 rooms. They arranged camp fire. Maintenance is poor. Food was served late. Altogether good for that price

The resort has a beautiful view to a waterfall and chain of mountains. But it's in badly managed hands 1:Terrible room service 2:Room was not cleaned before the previous guest 3:bathroom was dirty 4:Toiletries were not provided 5:Bedsheets n pillowcases were not changed and were smelling bad 6:Breakfast was not good and delayed 7:Room service is worst 8:The receptionist was not available most of the times for any necessities 9:Tv was not working 10:Door locks were not working. Knobs were damaged and we couldn't lock the doors 11:The shelves contained stuff belonging to the previous guest

If you need some relaxation, please book a room in Hilton resort. All amenities are good. Transportation is alone creating problem and that too manageable with the help of Hotel staffs.. Jayson who is the chef in this hotel and he's really awesome in preparing all kinds of food.. Insist hotel staff to allocate Hilton hill cottage room so that you can enjoy beauty of hill..

The hotel is only 6 room property with no amenities. The location and view of the property is very superb, but the room and service is below average. The bathrooms were very sad, in winter the geyser fixed is only 1 litre, gets cold instantly, very inconvenient for the resident, we ordered food in afternoon and they promised 7pm, gave us at 10pm in night.

Loved the view from the rooms and balcony. Very helpful staff Binny and ribin who take extra care of the visitors. Would love to visit again. Roads are bit narrow but manageable and worth the effort. Overall very good for the price Well done guys

Pros : 1. Property location is very good and it is amazing to view from room 2. Food is very good Cons : 1. Worst maintenance in the property lots and lots of insects and lots of lizards in our room, even after back to back request to clean the room they were least bother to clean those lizards and insects which is very bad response 2. Room was not clean, bed sheets and pillow cover were not washed properly 3. Break fast have only 1 dish idly and bread no variety, atleast 2 to 3 variety is recommended Overall not good and not recommended, not worth for money we pay(4000) which does not give us pleasant stay And please respond on property details clearly when we ask you and then come to payment part . Here for each and every query we ask he is asking us to book and confirm which I felt the person is looking forward only for money and not for good service…

We visited this place on 27th & 28th October, 2019 with family of two teenage children.This place is definitely hyped in social media thru clever marketing strategy. It is not professionally run. Almost 3 star rating price for a lodging type accommodation. List of issues faced were, toilet flush not working, unhygienic smell in reception and washroom, taps not working etc. only advantage was the location of hotel and the scenic mountain view.

We stayed in this Hotel in July 2019. This is a new property and has the best view in Wayanad offering Budget accommodation. It is not a resort as there are no amenities or tours. We had a great experience and Hotel staff (Benny) was very friendly and accommodating us. There are three floors offering similar view. Every floor has two rooms with a common entrance door with common dining room and a common balcony for both rooms. Hence there are privacy issues if you have taken one room and other is booked by others. Also the rooms do not have one way glass and the room is clearly visible from common balcony. So it can be embarrassing for couples if there are other guests staying in the other room of same floor. Tips to Reach Hotel ================ This property is very hard to find and reach, Google map location is wrong. Do not follow google map route. Road is very bad in Google Map road and is unreachable unless its SUV. In Google map look for "Candle Light Resort" instead, this property is very next to that. (Check images I have uploaded) There is no network (Airtel) in the last stretch. However there is weak signal available from inside the room. Amenities ======== Food is prepared by staff and served in common dining room. There is no restaurant or rooftop seating for having food was not possible because of high monsoon winds and heavy rain. We were vegetarians and they prepared nice dinner - Chappathi, Dal, Rice and Kerala Appam with veg curry for breakfast. Food was tasty and little higher priced. There is no swimming pool, indoor games or any other amenities. So its only a Hotel and do not deserve to call it a "resort". Suggestion to Management ===================== Please apply one way glass film on all glass windows. Install a barricade to block the seeing bedroom from common balcony. You can build an infinity swimming pool on rooftop instead of restaurant seating.…
