This was a fun and super convenient place to spend a long weekend. Everything was very clean though are room...bathroom was a little dated but was expected for the age of the property. For some elderly folks it may be a bit of a challenge getting in an out of the jacuzzi/shower as the sidewall height is pretty tall. The...

Overall great stay. Beautifully upkept rooms and building. Close to all the leaf-peeping adventure stuff. Greated warmly upon entry. Parking was close and available. Staff was friendly. Most of the in-room amenities worked. Morning breakfast was ample and very yummy. Why didn't it get 5/5? We stayed Oct 20-21. Room was on air-conditioning and the staff informed us they had...

Just finished a delightful two night stay in this historic hotel. My sister had stayed here before, but it was my first time. Ideally located to conveniently walk to all the shops. Loved the delicious breakfast each morning and the wine time in the early evening. I was impressed with everything about the hotel, particularly the friendliness of the staff....

Surprised my spouse with a stay here for our anniversary. It was a hit, the town was very nice, the weather was great, and the accommodations were all you could ask for. The fireplace kept us warm in the evening and was very romantic. The spa tub was very large and relaxing. The bed was soft and comfortable. It was...

Very nice getaway if you like historic buildings. We loved the wine and cheese that was offered in the late afternoon and the "continental" breakfast was more like a full breakfast buffet. The homemade cakes and scones-delicious!

Washington House Inn is not the amazing B&B we had hoped to enjoy for our wedding anniversary. I booked this B&B based on the 5 star rating and fantastic reviews here on Tripadvisor. We frequently stay in B&Bs and admittedly, we have been spoiled by our previous stays at B&Bs in our home state of Michigan and most recently Sedona,...

Enjoyed homemade continental breakfast and wine and cheese social hour (local wines and cheeses). Also appreciated the personalized welcome card waiting for us on the bed. Friendly staff and a great location. They also have a frequent stay program.

A wonderful old, large B&B/small hotel, in the heart of Cedarburg. The location could not be better to explore and shop in the many quaint, interesting shops. The inn keepers are friendly, helpful and willing to share their local knowledge with you. With all there is to do in Cedarburg some local insight is welcomed. The inn is an old...

I reviewed the Washington House before and would like to once again express what a great place it is. We stay here at least once a year and find it to be just as friendly and accommodatind as it was the first time we stayed there. The staff and Wendy, the inn keeper, make you feel like family. I will...
