I have nothing good or bad to say about the hotel. It was extremely average. Clean enough, safe enough, new enough. Staff was cordial. Nothing negative to say at all, but really nothing outstanding or worth commenting on. I guess overall that makes it a good stay.

Contrary to some of the views expressed by other reviewers I have only positive things to say about this hotel. Considering I was staying during the US PGA Golf Championship (which I went to on the Friday) as a Marriott Rewards member I was able to get a points only rate. I found the atmosphere very relaxing and the overall...

Brown Deer is a suburb about 20 minutes north of Milwaukee. Convenient location for a number of large companies in the area (like FIS). The hotel layout and rooms are quintessential Courtyard...this hotel is like any Courtyard in any city. The staff are very nice and accommodating. No shuttle, so rent a car or use Uber. Walls are thin...could hear...

The hotel is in need of a face lift. It just felt dirty. The beds in the room were very comfy, but that was about the only positive I can come up with. Upon checking in, I asked if there were any upgrades avalible (I have a gold card) and the front desk lady did not respond. She handed my...

Nice room, great staff, but...... If you think you will get free coffee or breakfast for the price of your room...think again. $150.00 a night, and all you get is a the coffee packs in the room. Free breakfast? Well that depends on how you booked your room. If you call up and book the room, you will pay for...

The hotel is older, but is in the process of being updated. Rooms now have a fridge and microwave. The beds have recently been replaced, but the rest of the decor is a bit old and tired. An "okay" hotel in a safe location, not too far from Milwaukee. The staff are friendly and accomodating.

We've stayed in quite a few Courtyards, and thought this Courtyard was pretty typical of the newer ones. (They all start to look the same after awhile). Our top floor room had a connecting door, which I always try to avoid. And the bed was so high off the ground I had trouble climbing in/out. The bathroom was bare bone...

The lobby is clean With a modern feel. We had a double queen room. The room was plenty big for 4 people. We didn't spent a lot on time here anyways. The pool and hot tub are small but clean with lots of sitting room around it. The beds were comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights and I would not...

One of the advantages of staying at Marriott's is you know exactly what you're going to get; within each brand (Courtyard, Residence Inn, etc.) they are as predictable as the weather in Hawaii. But I like that; work is so demanding and business travel is so draining that it's a huge relief to be able to sail into a location...

Stayed at this hotel for a business trip to Genco. We were supposed to get the "Genco Rate" but the girl behind the desk said that all the rooms were booked under that rate. She said she was going to talk to the manager. Nothing was done. We had a total of 5 rooms book two months in advance. Out...
