This hotel is in the middle of remodeling. I was on the top (3rd floor) in a new room. The bathroom still had the old fixtures, countertops, and shower, but the rest of the room had been updated with new furniture, carpeting and tile. Like all Courtyard’s, breakfast is not included but they have a menu for breakfast sandwiches and...

I apologize we did not exceed your expectations during your recent stay with us. We are in the middle of renovations, so I apologize for the dust. We just received all the new countertops, shower, and fixtures for the bathrooms last week. We are in the process of installing them to complete the rooms. During the renovation process we do...

Stayed the night on a Friday on my way to visit friends in Green Bay. Woke up around 9 and went down to grab breakfast. Find out the bistro is closed because everyone called in sick. Kind of glad I didn't eat there thinking about it now wouldn't want to catch anything. You would think they would at least of...

It is a hit or miss when we stay here. We stay on a regular basis. This time they are remodeling, which is good when the hotel does upkeep. On the other hand if you are aware of remodeling and not many people are booked then why put the guest by the stairway that the painters are using. We could...

It's the typical Courtyard Marriott, but it looks like renovations are nearly complete. I stayed here for work. The room was quiet, excellent, water pressure, check-in (I use the mobile app) was quick and efficient. The updated room (312) was nice. Had a brighter, airy feel to it. I like the the two USB charging ports so I didn't have...

The hotel is going through renovations, but still has the "old style" heaters that are by the window and very difficult to regulate the temperature. The rooms are also very dark. Really need another lamp if you're going to be working in your room. Also kind of out in the middle of nowhere, so you have to really hunt for...

With no other Marriott options closer to Sherboygan, I made the decision to drive back and forth. The hotel is your textbook Courtyard. They are following all the guides. The hotel is renovating and offered up a newly upgraded room. It was fine for me, but the furniture was not upgraded yet and there was no picture in the bathroom...

As the title infers, the hotel is rich in human resources but is leaking future value in dirty walls, smudged pictures and ignorant cost-cutting measures. Human Resources: Great staff on all three (3) shifts. Friendly and helpful (yes I know that is cliché) but not that frequent nowadays. Rooms: tired rooms graced by smudged pictures with streaky windows gazing over...

Gallons of paint, and construction equipment were blocking the back stairway fire exit door. I called the Brown Deer Police non-emergency line and took pictures. The staff eventually moved it within the hour - and said "sorry for the inconvenience". Still not acceptable. What if I hadn't of walked up the stairs tonight? Not happy

Stayed there while going to see a packers game. It's about 1.45 hrs to Green Bay but was an easy trip as its right off the highway. The hotel was good. Lobby was recently renovated which was nice. The only reason this is not a 5 star rating is due to the hot tub being out of service for the duration of the stay. That said, the staff tried everything they could to make up for it. The staff at this hotel were all very pleasant to work with and made the stay a lot better.
