I recently was at the Arnold Jackson Home in Beaver Damn. Always been fascinated by Frank Lloyd Wright homes and this one is spectacular example. Elizabeth was a fantastic hostess. Fresh food from the garden, and a wonderful meal. Great stories and was quick to make recommendations in the area to visit. Enjoyed all the stories she shares about the... More

Perhaps when The proprietor ran this establishment with her husband, it was a great experience, but not any more. The guests were expected to follow many rules while staying with Elizabeth. The first was to take shoes off before entering the house. While I understand the need to preserve the beauty of the house, (and the architecture was beautiful), I... More

After reading the positive reviews, I am saddened to say that I did not have the same experience. I found the master suite in need of a good cleaning. There was dirt and cat dander around the base of the headboard, and the chaise was full of cat hair and dander. Before making reservations, we had spoken to Elizabeth and... More

Elizabeth was a great host. She also prepared a great breakfast which accommodated my dietary restrictions. The master suite has a Tempur-pedic mattress and I got a very good night's sleep. I arrived at 8:30pm and departed at 8 so didn't get to spend much time there but enjoyed my stay.

I've been here, on business, for a week now and have two more to go. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when in Beaver Dam. Elizabeth has been welcoming and accommodating and the people who have been in and out during my stay, thus far, have been equally amazing. The house is really cool and the story of how it got... We stayed at the Arnold Jackson house while on a trip just because it is a FLW house. It's also a fantastic B&B--we will definitely be back.

My wife and I had the pleasure of spending a night at this beautiful Frank Lloyd Wright house. It was truly a pleasant surprise to find this B & B while planning our trip back to Wisconsin. Elizabeth and Al were wonderful hosts. Elizabeth's cooking skills made breakfast a special treat. The story behind the relocation of the house from... More

There aren't words to express how pleased I am with this establishment! First, the house is beautiful. A 1956 Frank Lloyd Wright original, the owners have worked to maintain as much of the historical integrity of this property as possible while still making the house cozy, comfortable and quite livable. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the room had it's own... More

The house is beautiful and the hosts are gracious. They are willing to accept one-night reservations, whereas a lot of other B&Bs want a two-night commitment. We stayed in the master suite, which has a private bath, for only $114. The best part was when they started the fireplace, put on soft music, and said we could have the livingroom... More

We stayed for one night during a trip to Wisconsin to visit various Frank Lloyd Wright sites. The house and grounds are in beautiful, pristine condition and the owners Al and Elizabeth were extremely kind and lovely. Breakfast was delicious & very generous. For us, this was a rare & first opportunity to stay in a Frank Lloyd Wright home.... More

“We stayed in the Library and loved it. The only problem is that my wife wants us to buy the kind of mattress that is used in that room. Also, check out the scale in the bathroom.”
