My wife and I try to get away a couple times a year to a bed and breakfast with our best friends and this spring we chose the Blacksmith Inn. We were not disappointed even though this is an inn and not a formal B&B. Rooms were great, hospitality of the people working was excellent and the continental style breakfast...

My husband and I have been to Blacksmith Inn several times, including for our honeymoon. It is perfect in every single way -- from the lake views, beautiful & cozy rooms, delicious & healthy breakfast, the peace & quite --- this is the ultimate getaway.

In February with enchanting view of the frozen lake - each room outfitted with whirlpool, fireplace antiques yet modern conveniences like fast wifi and dish tv - top that off with friendly service and yummy breakfast - this is hard to beat. We really enjoyed the stay in this perfectly romantic getaway. Don't mind the less busy but more relaxed...

We usually escape the cold and harsh winters by heading south, but we decided to do something differently; we are glad we did. This cozy bed and breakfast has a charm that relaxed us immediately. A rustic room overlooking the frozen lake coupled with a comfortable bed, wi-fi services and a whirlpool makes for a great way to decompress. The...

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Blacksmith Inn for two nights in the beginning of December and LOVED it. From the time we walked in, it was cozy and welcoming. The innkeeper welcomed us and showed us around the lobby area a bit. We stayed in room 7 and it was perfect & spacious. There was a simple, yet...

The Blacksmith Inn without question has to be one of the nicest B&B’s in Door County. The second you walk up to the door, you know this B&B has charm. This was our second time staying there and it was just as good as the first. The staff is friendly but not over the top. I believe that they like...

Very much enjoyed our stay at the Blacksmith Inn. The common area is setup very nice. Enjoyed the coziness of the room overlooking the water. The room decor was very period like. Staff were very kind and accommodating.

Our children gave us a gift certificate to stay here. We were so thrilled by the place! We had a lovely room overlooking Lake Michigan. We went in October so it was chilly but the inn was very nice. A simple breakfast is included, and there are always homemade cookies in the eating area. Highly recommend a stay here!

We've been home for 3 weeks now and we're still raving about our stay here. Whirlpool tub in the room, gas fireplaces, hammock on your own private porch, comfortable beds, endless oatmeal cherry cookies, hot cider, and impeccable service. We would recommend this Inn to anyone and everyone. Don't miss this incredible inn and all of it's amenities. They even...

Have now stayed here a few times. Each time has been as good as the last. This Inn was again clean, quiet and up to date. This Inn is for adults only, nothing loud or rowdy. Private balconies, hot tubs, each room is decorated nicely. Beds, pillows are super comfortable. Muffins, granola, juice and more for breakfast. Take time to...
