Avalon is a large nudist resort in the hills of West Virginia near Maryland, DC, and Pennsylvania. The resort holds many festivals and events during the year. Our favorite part of Avalon are the miles of hiking trails all over the property. You can hike nude to your hearts content. The outdoor pool and indoor pool are well maintained as...

We've been here multiple times over the past few years and we LOVE AVALON! Music Festivals, hot tubs, walking trails, GREAT people and staff make this place wonderful. Can't wait to go back. Avalon is a place where you can relax, dance, hike, lay in the sun, or mingle in the Lodge or Nudsino. The BEST little hidden place in...

We had our 1st nudist experience at Avalon last June. We were a little nervous at first as to be expected, but we met some very friendly couples that made us feel right at home. We have been back at least once a month since then, even thru out the winter. The campground, lodge, restaurant, indoor pool and hot tubs,...

We decided to reserve a room at Avalon as part of a work relocation trip in order to have a night/day away from everything else and to contemplate the various living options the Resort and nearby Somerset provide. Nestled in the woods, the drive was quite a journey. With no phone reception, we finally located our destination and proceeded to...

It is now the retirement community that people said it was always going to become. The few people that live in somerset finally have the place all to themselves.....some even think they can park in front of the nudsino and block the way, because they are more important than everyone else! A bunch of fakes and losers if I ever...

sorry to see you did not enjoy your visit to Avalon resort, we at the resort would ask that you seek out management if you find anything not to your liking so we are able to address the issue at that time, we hope you will visit again in the future thank you for your comments

We enjoy clothing optional resorts - Avalon is an outstanding one. The facilities are top-notch, and steadily improving. The atmosphere is friendly and encouraging of full nudity, without requiring it. Food and beverages are nicely done, as is the pool - important to know that good sunning spots can fill up pretty early!

if you want a clothing optional experience , that is family friendly, then you must come here, Avalon is not only a place to visit, but also a place to live, in the condos, and you can park a rv all year, for reasonable lot fees, it is a casual camp grounds which means you can not have this as...

I have been to Avalon previously and loved it. My wife was never one for the nudist lifestyle but agreed to give it a try since I have done it for over a decade. She felt right at home and welcomed at Avalon. She wants to go back for more. It is the perfect place for a first timer or...

This was my second time to Avalon. While I am not a young lad, I am a bit older. ( not as old as the average individual). I tent camped in the grove area and it was nice. Enjoyed the sun and music festival. The ticket sales was a bit uncoordinated among the vendors, otherwise it was a splendid time....
