My daughter found this B&B as a place to stay as we did a cycling trip on the Greenbrier cycling trail. Service was outstanding, the full breakfast was tasty and fueled us for our cycling adventure, and the accommodations (we stayed in the cabin, separate from the main B&B) were clean and very functional. Nice places scattered around the property...

The wife and I took an impromptu trip to Pocahontas County, West Virginia for her birthday. The first night, we camped at Summersville Lake, which was fine but she didn't sleep so well and wanted a cushy bed the following night. We had driven by Locust Hill on our way to Cass and thought it looked nice from the road....

Funny thing is...I'm not a B&B kind of traveler, but the Inn owners made my wife & I feel so much at home, that we cancelled our hotel reservations in another town & booked the rest of the week here. We stayed 8 nights, with every morning starting with a great breakfast, all prepared, cooked or baked fresh by Dave....

In early June, 2014, three couples of bicycle riding friends stayed four nights at the Locust Hill B&B. We had three of the four rooms in the main house, and the other room (3rd floor) was unoccupied. We had a terrific time. Our days were filled with bike riding, a visit to the National Radio Astronomy Observatory, a tour of...

My husband and I spent two nights at the Locust HIll Inn and were very happy with our experience. We had the third floor room, which is huge. The bed and sitting area were very comfortable. There is a large jacuzzi tub, with a shower, but we didn't take time to enjoy the jacuzzi feature. From our viewing of the...

We spent 3 nights at Locust Hill with another couple and had the 2nd floor to ourselves due to a cancellation. It was wonderful, lots of outdoor activities on the premises and Paula and Dave were very helpful with ideas of where to visit. We fished on the pond and had a bonfire one evening. The food at the Pub...

My wife an I spent two nights at this B&B and found the second floor suite spacious and comfortable. It was great being able to get fresh coffee in the dining room beginning at 7 AM. Paula and Dave were very helpful with recommending places for dinner (unfortunately, we were there during the week and the Pub wasn't serving). The...

Nice and cozy place, friendly staff, delicious food, convenient pub located at this B&B for dinner when you don't feel like going out. Great place to get a way from it all and enjoy the beautiful scenery. This was our second time visiting.
