We rented two cabins for family to stay in for the weekend so they could attend a wedding. We had the riverside cabin and the #1 cabin. Both were large and roomy, nice fireplace, The cabins are with 200 yards of town but seem secluded and away from the town. Cabins were neat, clean and nicely furnished. We had more...

We stayed in the "Yank" cabin. Our stay was very peaceful and quiet. The cabin was very nice, clean, and cozy. We enjoyed our evenings relaxing in the private hot tub after our days of adventure and sightseeing. The fireplace was an added feature to a romantic weekend especially with the night temperatures going from 55°F one night to 25°F...

I go there all the time. Usually I go in Winter for Skiing at Snowshoe but I also go other times of the year. I also know the owners and they are very nice. I always stay in room #4 but also the Yank cabin is fantastic with the outdoor Hot Tub next to the creek and the meadow. I...

My boyfriend and I stayed in the Yank last December with our two dogs and it was wonderful. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub overlooking a small creek and a meadow. We hiked off the Highland Scenic Highway, and loved every trail. I returned to Jerico twice this summer for work. I stayed in the Yank for...

Stayed one night in the large house, second floor, with my own porch and a very nice room. Excellent host and breakfast. Great place to stay especially for bikers on the GR Trail. Highly recommend to one and all.

There is no door for privacy in the master bedroom. To make matters worse, there's a window, without curtains, viewable into the bedroom from the living room. A curtain placed in the doorway blows all night in the wind. While the air cools considerably after dark, the doors and windows need to be left open to create a breeze necessary...

I have lived in Marlinton and stayed at three bed and breakfast lodgings. I thought the one on the hill was nice until I stayed at the Jerico. Actually the Locust Hill is nice enough but Jerico is so much more interesting. And they have a great dog too. The price is fair, the setting beautiful and the furnishing and...

We originally were going to stay at another place until we stumbled upon Jericho B & B. We saw these interesting cabins and stopped in and spoke with Tom, the owner. He tol us the cabins were built from pre-civil war cabins. Loved the history. He said he had a cabin available if we wanted to see it. We fell...

We came upon this jewel by accident. We originally were staying somewhere else when we passed by Jerico. It is a bed and breakfast, but they also have these amazing cabins. Curious, we stopped in and chatted with the owner, Tom. These cabins are built with the wood from pre-civil war cabins. Loved the history! He said he had a...

Another GREAT experience in the Ruckman cabin!!!!! I have stayed in this cabin 3 times this year and each time I found it to be clean, well stocked, and quite comfortable. I have much enjoyed building my friendship with Lindie and Tom. They, both, love Pocahontas County, Marlinton, and their cabins.
