Here's our Greenbrier Motel story, from maybe 17 years ago. Every motel on the motel strip was full, the time was about 10:00 pm. I don't know what sort of look I had on my face, but the desk clerk at the last full motel paused, looked around, then handed me a slip of paper. On it were directions to...

We stayed at this motel for one night. We chose it because it's locally owned and operated and we like supporting family businesses. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our room. The bed was really comfortable, but the room was dark, smelled of cigarette smoke (though it was a non-smoking room) and the tile floors throughout the room were very...

Stayed here because of business and location to job . You get what you pay for and this is no exception . Dated and not the cleanest . Stayed numerous times for 4 or 5 nights at a time . Beds are OK but take your own pillow . The Wi-Fi is good and possibly the best shower in a...

We are traveling from western Canada. Our stop tonight was in Clarksburg West Virginia where we found this hotel and restaurant easily. It was convenient for us. The room is a good size, clean and comfortable. The restaurant was excellent. The manager/owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. A very enjoyable stop.

We recently had a need to stay in the Clarksburg area for one night and found the Greenbrier on line. I am very Hotel spoiled but couldn't find any of the big names that I like in that area. So, made a reservation at the Greenbrier. The reservation process was simple. The person that I spoke with, Terry, was very...

When we walked in the waitress seated us. We were the only ones there. I ordered a salad and a hoagie. I asked for a larger tossed salad, because I love salad. They could not do that. I said I would pay for a large tossed salad, they said no. So I got my salad the way they make a...

We stayed at this motel for 1.5 hours (enough time to search Priceline and several otheronline sites for another hotel). Avoid at all costs. Rooms were disgusting and extremely overpriced ($84 a night). We switched to the Best Western in Bridgeport and it was like staying at The Ritz Carlton! Save yourself the hassle!

Was referred to this place as all other places were full. Its a mom and pop motel off the beaten path. The room was clean and adequately furnished. After arriving, I headed to the motel Lounge/restaurant. The people there were very friendly and the food was very good. I had the steak and cheese sandwich. Very good. I was headed...
