This is the best stocked house I've ever stayed in - especially the kitchen! From spices to the best pots and pans to unlimited dishes! Quiet and very comfortable! The pictures don't do this house justice, it is huge!

Lovely setting in the Methow river valley near Winthrop.great hosts, knowledgable and accommodating . Definitely a hidden gem. A few different cabins to choose from and farm fresh eggs for breakfast. Excellent base to set off from for different adventures

We used Brown's Farm as our wedding venue. The husband/wife that live on (and own) the property were great. They worked with us on everything, and allowed us to have family pull camping trailers onto the property, you name it. The rustic style cottage/barn was great, with a picturesque mountain back drop. Our overall experience was amazing. There is just...

This is our second stay at Brown's Farm, this time we stayed in the school house instead of the studio. The studio was cozy but we wanted a bigger space because we were staying longer. We appreciate the warm welcome and friendly send-off. We also like to leave our car parked for three days and walk to the ski trails....

We have stayed at browns farms for long weekends the last two winters. We have rented the schoolhouse and the studio and have gone with friends - the folks are friendly, the cabins are set up for self catering and the location is divine!

Did you ever wish you had a cabin you could retreat too? This is it. Connect with WiFi if you wish, or forget the real world and tie your hammock to the trees. Go into the small town of Winthrop for a nice day's trip or sit on the porch with a good book and a cup of coffee. You...

Found this place on Winthrop's local website and I'm real glad I did. We stayed in the Studio and it was very nice. Bed's were comfortable and the towels were soft. The couple was friendly and conversation - asking how our drive was, etc. The views from around the places are gorgeous. It's about eight miles West on Rt 20...

We had a terrific stay at Brown's farm. Jeff and Alicia are great hosts! The Inn is a short distance away from the main Witnrhop town. Such that it feels like you have more privacy and you're out by yourself, but at the same time being close enough to town for any trips. They have three dogs - henry, Koda...

This is one of those places that is really hard to leave when it's time to go back home. It is in a beautiful setting on lovely grounds with friendly hosts. We stayed in the Schoolhouse cabin and we thought it was great. The cabin was comfortable, clean and thoughtfully set up. The kitchen is small, but very well equipped....

“The studio is small and cozy basically one room with a loft. The school house has a shot-gun entry/exit (learned that from a novel I read),enter the living room with hide-a-bed, table and chairs, television, walking straight through to the bedroom with the bed off to the right, walk again straight to a small kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and small appliances, then out the back door.”

“We stayed in the Studio. It's a bit compact but worked well for our family of four. It also has a kithcenette. Note that Studio has stairs going up to the loft beds which may not work for some younger kids. Even though our 2.5 year old daughter was soon expert at going up and down by herself.”
