We went to this hotel due to the spa being indoors. My wife is disabled and was looking forward to the spa. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the spa was down and were waiting on parts. When you include amenities that do not work, you're being disingenuous and dishonest with what your hotel provides. Room 220 bed was hard as a rock with the top part cut off from the bed. The bed is so worn out and hard that Comfort Suites is a contradiction at this point. I will never stay at a Comfort Suite or any choice hotel from here on out. It's not worth the $145* a night.

Our whole experience was very nice! The room, staff and hotel was great! I did not partake of the breakfast, but enjoyed the lemon water in the lobby. Front desk even suggested we wait to check in, so we could get a room away from the soccer teams that were staying there. I really appreciated the suggestion and it made our stay, I'm assuming, much more pleasant.

Awful bed. Mattress had huge holes on both sides of Mattress and no support. Holes in the mattress where about a good 3 to 4 inches deep. Called down to front desk at 1am and again at 3am and no answer. Asked for a manager at 9am and no one was available to speak with. Will not be back.

Cheap tiny bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Definitely one use only. Soap is the cheapest packaged sliver they can find. We were told the pool was 80-84. It was not. I’ve been swimming since I was born and I’m 60 … I know when a pool is 80 or above. Checked with the front desk. The clerk totally ignored me and kept chatting to her coworker even though I was 5” away. She did not smile once. She checked and said the thermostat said it was 81. I told her the thermostat was wrong and to go feel it. She repeated herself. The only reason we decided to stay here was because they told us the pool was 80-84°. Beds are super soft. Be careful if that bothers you. My daughter described them as “wretched”. The cookies are nice. And the lobby smells like cookies which is a pleasant touch. I don’t know why I thought hotels all had usb ports by the beds now. They don’t. There are two by the desk though. Shower water pressure is dismal. They advertise riverfront all over the place but the river is like a half mile away… and there certainly isn’t any view of it. We had to move to another hotel. The beds were unsleepable. We have no idea how this hotel can be “highly rated”.

This was the worst mattress i ever tried to sleep on. When I looked under the thin mattress pad I saw a filthy mattress that was upside down. There was a hole where the springs were compressed in my side of the mattress. (See pictures) PM me if you want to see my video . My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary. We are 8 years comfort suites platinum members. My husband is a veteran. The managers Steven & Tonya Tramp offered us an insulting 30% discount on our overpriced $138 room. I recommend checking under the mattress pad when entering each room.

This hotel is impeccably clean and the staff is very friendly! The rooms are updated and very clean. The King Suites are spacious. The bathrooms are a decent size. Breakfast was wonderful and the selections were fantastic! The pool and hot tub are really nice. The community bathrooms are clear and well stocked! The grounds of the hotel are very well maintained. The only complaint I have about the whole experience is that the beds are NOT comfortable at all. Other than the beds, our stay was a great one!

Here in Wenatchee, there are multiple great choice hotel properties, two of which are right next to each other, and both provide a good night. The comfort suites is the older of the two, but don’t let age push you away as this property is well kept up, clean, safe, and all around a comfortable facility. Room is clean and comfortable. Bed was great pillows lacking, as as usual for most hotels. Breakfast in the morning lots of warm options, including an omelette station. Staff very friendly, and wanted to ensure that any of our needs were meant and we’re willing to help in anyway. Certainly suggest staying here if you’re in the Wenatchee area.

Comfort Suites tends to be my budget brand of choice when travelling in North America, and once again we were not disappointed here. Enjoyed a spacious, clean and comfortable room for our one night stay. Very quiet location away from Highway, and the room provided a comfortable and relaxing environment in which to unwind after a long day travelling with bed and sofa areas. A good breakfast selection and well lit, inviting public areas. Parking plentiful.

Quiet and comfy. Nice snacks and lemon ice water. Made to order scrambled eggs at breakfast. Hot water in hot tub was VERY much appreciated after hiking. Extra convenient to have a sofa in the room. Kudos to front desk person who recommended Garlinis: we came back to this hotel just so we could eat there again!

We stayed two nights. Excellent hotel. Beds comfortable and rooms quiet (even though there was a large group of bicyclist staying/staging there) Desk staff very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping helpful. Great breakfast selection. Great breakfast staff. Eggs made to order by great staff person. Breakfast staff kept every thing well stocked and clean. Great job! Good location. Only complaint is no access from back parking area, (our room faced to the back, we like to keep an eye on our vehicle.) had to carry bags around building to front or side.
