The Tokeland Hotel is run by a charming couple, Scott and Katherine. From the moment we arrived they helped us relax and enjoy the laid back environment of a hotel built in 1885. No TV or phones in the rooms and bathrooms are down the hall. They have WIFI if you must connect. The bathrooms are large, clean and the...

I had a long weekend, and needed to get out of the city for a few days. I was looking for places on the coast, and found this place. I was not expecting much when driving out to this hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised! It is so lovely and quaint. The people who run the Inn are very welcoming,...

As first time visitors, we weren't certain what to expect since the hotel is so old and out of the way. Driving into the parking lot, we were pretty sure we had made a good choice. One step into the foyer, we KNEW we had made the right choice. The relaxing atmosphere nearly bowled us backwards. :-) We will definitely...

We love everything about this place. The location, the history, the unique flora and fauna, funky cool building, great owners (Scott and Cathryn) are like your favorite aunt and uncle. The floors creak, the bathroom is down the hall, the doors stick....these are just more things we love about it! Talk about character, this place has it. If you love...

We arrived in time for Dinner, it was a pleasure to eat what was prepared like a unpretentious home cooked meal! Unfortunately we chose a room facing the setting sun and it was so hot from solar gain when we arrived that it never really cooled down, and the bed was quite uncomfortable, however for us, history and a good...

Love this place. Old European style ( shared bathrooms) hotel in a quaint and overlooked part of the Washington coast. This place is a gem! Coast is close by as well as many coastL small towns. This is the third time we've stayed here and the quality of the hotel never disappoints. The owners are gracious and personable. We will...

Loved the old time feel. I have been wanting to stay at the inn since I travelled there with my parents and ate lunches there on the way to or from the beach. By the way the food is excellent! I finally stayed there in june of this year. Each room is unique and the clawfoot tub in the bathroom...

We spent Friday night at the hotel and I asked about a space heater for the room because I am always cold. The lady at the front desk not only provided me one, she brought up two cups of hot cider and cranberry bread to our room. We will be visiting again. Thank you!

I like spending as much time outside as inside. This hotel is in a beautiful location. You can walk right out the front of the hotel and enjoy walking through the marsh- a bit uneven ground, not an established trail. The walk down the fairly empty main road is interesting and the front lawn is a nice place to hang...

The hotel is great but rustic. The rooms are clean and the hotel is close to a casino and also Westport. Tokeland has a tiny fishing fleet and right up the street there is the Nelson crab co. The hotel has one of the best restaraunts in the area. They are dog friendly too.
