The rooms are quiet and clean. The staff is friendly, organized and helpful. The breakfast is fresh and good. The motel is close to a shopping center and Rosauers is right across the street. I have been coming to Spokane for five years, and stay here every time.

Great value for families with three bed room family unit. The staff were friendly and breakfast was acceptable. Unit was clean and tidy. The unit was dated and there was no cooking or eating utensils provided.

We were looking for a place that we could all stay together it was nice and roomy. It was clean and we would stay there again. The parking was very tight and not well plowed but manageable. They were quite busy but it was quiet. The front desk personnel were nice as was the owner. It is an older Place...

Needs to be modernized. Very NOISY. Dog friendly. Spacious. Fridge Has an annoying noise. Plenty of space to spread out. Tv is VERY small. Beds were comfortable. Not the cleanest place. Value for money was good for space. Close to stores and dining. Kitchen is full sized. Some spatulas and oven mitts would have been appreciated.

We relocated to Spokane and needed a long term budget hotel that took a dog. This looked like the best bet, and we were right. Pros: Economical, dog friendly, fairly quiet, outstanding Service at front desk, outstanding housekeeping. Cons: Laundry facilities were lacking, faint odor in room, pet fee is high for long-term stays as its still charged on a...

My husband and I stayed here for one night before my husband had surgery the next day. Disclaimer-we didn't have to pay for this hotel as it was covered by veteran services. I will not be able to comment on bang for buck. What I can comment on is the experience. Check in and out was easy. Staff was very...

We paid for the week and got assigned to building C, room 2007. When we opened the door to the building, we were knocked over by the smell of the kind of cheap deodorant sometimes found in Mexican restaurant bathrooms. I couldn't believe it. I didn't want to stay there because that smell will pretty soon permeate your clothes. But...

Clean large room, a little off the beaten path which was nice but close to lots of business concerns. Older facility but in very good shape. On the north side of Spokane in a nice side of town. Very basic free breakfast.

Peoples' reviews make me chuckle. Yeah, this joint is old, but so are thousands of other places just like it. We booked two very large rooms to accommodate our entire family, after celebrating a wedding on the Northside. The rooms were just fine. The furniture is old (who cares); the carpets are worn (who cares); and the parking lot is...

We have been staying at this inn for the past 20 years. Our last visit it just seemed to be getting worse and worse. The rooms are still fairly clean and freshly painted. We stayed two nights and had two different no smoking queen bed rooms, this was due to our deciding to stay a second night after checking out...
