I am not a Holiday Inn person (sorry HI Team) but the Holiday Inn Sequim could change my mind! This hotel was amazing and just what we needed after a long drive. We stayed two nights and the room was spacious, extremely clean and the AC worked great especially given the heat wave. The check in with Amber was perfect and fast. She handled a rush of guests arriving at the same time, but was pleasant with everyone of us. The fitness room was perfect, clean with working equipment, 2 Matrix treadmills, elliptical, recumbent bike and free weights. The only issue was parents who let their children play on the equipment like they’re toys but this is not the hotel’s fault. Breakfast was great with friendly service. They serve you so if you’re germ phobic like me, you will be fine. Only the servers touch your plates. We found the room to be very quiet and pleasant. Sequim closes down early with limited dining options. We were able to walk across the parking lot for the Black Bear Diner for dinner. They warn you upfront that they are short staffed (like the entire country). They were so kind that you don’t really mind. The food was great, but that can be found on a different review. Great job to the Holiday Inn Sequim team. One of the best experiences on our trip. Thank you!…
Clean room upon arrival. Good beds (if a touch on the soft side) and linens. Not usually a breakfast person at hotels, but aside from the lackluster coffee, the food was surprisingly good! Great service all around too. Parking was easy. Rooftop looked nice but it rained over my whole stay. Elevator can be a bit slow, so book a lower floor if you’re okay with stairs. Better than expected, certainly. Would stay there again.
This was our first time staying here at this hotel. We stayed two nights. The staff, pool and morning breakfast was wonderful! It's a full breakfast every morning! Ash, Brittany and Laura, were all so wonderful! They made our stay much more enjoyable. My kids loved the pool! The room was very nice, very comfy! We will be back!!
This hotel was great! Clean, efficient, comfortable and the free breakfast was shockingly great! We would definitely stay here again. Close to Olympic National Park and the town is nice. There is a restaurant right next to it with a large menu.
This hotel is just 12 years old but appears newer - great gym and pool. Staff friendly and helpful, big rooms, even a roof terrace. Convenient restaurant on the same parking area. I have stayed in hotels costing twice as much that were not half as good
Comfortable clean room and bathroom. Soft sheets. Quiet - no noise at night. 25 minute drive to Port Angeles. Included free breakfast which were real eggs, bacon., sausage and gravy, juice, coffee and muffins. They serve your breakfast - we liked that as everything was clean. Good location just off highway. Would stay here again.
We haven't been out much due to COVID but we spent one night here this past weekend. The staff was really friendly and helpful and all wearing their masks. The breakfast was yummy and plentiful and they really put a lot of effort into keeping that as safe as possible. The pool was fun to jump into and the garden on the fourth floor was pretty and peaceful. The rooms were clean and nice. The elevator was a little jerky but it worked (if you're looking for something to improve on). All in all, it was a really nice experience.
My stay here was short and sweet. I will definitely refer friends and family to this hotel as the service was five star! All staff were wonderful but Ash and Brittney were above and beyond with their great energy and attentiveness. Thank you!
We spent two nights here during a snowy period. The hotel is conveniently located. Staff are helpful. The room was clean and had all the basics. We opted for the slightly larger room that has a kitchen area and were surprised to find a full-size fridge. This upgrade was worth it to have more space for two adults and two kids, especially with eating breakfast in the room. Breakfast was good, with the usual warm and cold options. Jamie and Christine were very friendly and professional as the breakfast servers. The pool and hot tub were a highlight. Both were very clean with crystal clear water. The hot tub was larger than most budget hotels have. There were times when we had the pool to ourselves. The only negative I can think of is the ease with which sound travels between rooms, but that's typical for budget hotels. Ear plugs may help with that and with fridge and room heating/cooling unit noise.…
