Very nice Inn. Room was nice with a balcony over the garden. Beautiful wood interior, nice pub and restaurant. Bed was very comfortable. No tv which was nice, stereo in room. Furnished with nice antiques. Nice little pub for cocktails and appetizers. Wonderful patio and garden.

This restaurant is an iconic Rest/Inn in this "Beach Town". There is NO view at all so if thats a "must" pass it by. The staff was friendly and helpful, prices are on the 'steep end' so opt for the Pub and not Fine Dining. The food was excellent and portions were appropriate.

We stayed 2 nights at the inn and were very happy with the service, the food and the inn itself. It's a beautiful old inn in excellent condition with period furnishings and all of the staff was very helpful and friendly. My husband left a camera lens in the room and they kindly shipped it to our home address--it even... More

The Shelburne is beautiful! Not only are their grounds exceptional, but the hotel itself is very charming. I brought my in-laws here for lunch while they were visiting and we sat in the pub for 3 hours snacking on delicious fare. I could have eaten everything on this menu! We settled for clams, oysters, beef skewers, oyster stew, cauliflower, and... More

The food and pub were excellent. The staff was extra kind to us. We were there because a loved one died; the staff cared about us and what we were going through. They even upgraded our room. We had stayed at the inn a few times before and have found everything consistently excellent. Loved their newly instituted daily specials and... More

We have stayed at the Shelburne Inn several times over the past 30 to 40 years. The experience has always been pleasant. The change from Inn to Hotel has changed several things. At the Inn we had the included breakfast a communal table is the lobby, now breakfast is served in the restaurant from menu items. We stayed two nights... More

Clean comfortable room. The rooms and common areas are appointed with an eclectic collection antiques. All personnel very friendly and accommodating. No need to drive somewhere for dinner; the onsite restaurant is quite good. Lots to see and do on the long beach peninsula. Easy access from Portland. For a diversion, take the $5 ferry between Westport, Oregon and Cathlamet,... More

Although we have never stayed at the Shelburne Inn, we have had many meals both in the quaint and beautiful pub as well as in the restaurant. This is truly a gem just outside Long Beach and as others have stated it is an historical building with beautiful antiques and a showcase for David's ceramics. The food is always delicious... More
