Upon arrival, you had to call hotel reception to send a shuttle. It took me about 10 minutes after I called. I wasn't able to check-in at around 2Pm. Check-in time was 3P. I think they should let people to check-in around 1pm. Hotel have free storage service for my luggage. I took a local free shuttle to near-by mall. The mall is huge and clean. It has movie theater, upscale Asian restaurants, and American style restaurants. I spent a few hours there. The hotel room is clean, and the bed is comfortable. They have a nice big breakfast buffet in the morning. Great coffee.I love it very much.

We stayed here for one night prior to boarding a cruise to Alaska. Staff was friendly. Lobby and room were clean and well-lighted. Free breakfast was good. Hotel shuttle from airport was on time and friendly.

We stayed here the other evening and we were pleasantly surprised. The lobby and dining areas were spacious and very clean. The front desk staff was helpful with check in and any questions that we had. They had a great buffet breakfast, which hit the spot before our flight home. Hats off to housekeeping. Our room was very clean and when we needed more towels, they were very responsive about getting those to us. Our room was spacious and comfortable. I would stay here again the next time I am in Sea Tac.

This is a great hotel to stay at for short and quick trips. The staff are amazing - especially Iris who helped us during our recent stay. We had to ask for an early check in because we had our 8-month old with us and needed to accommodate her. They were fully booked, but I am happy they were able to help us. The breakfast was great, and our suite room was great. The only problem we had was that the air conditioning unit in our room was really loud, and made some annoying noise and so we had a hard time putting our baby to sleep. Other than that, I would have given a 5 star review. We will always stay here for quick trips to Seattle for sure.

From the first point of contact at the front desk on arrival to the clean and comfy room, I must rate this stay at solid 5. The experience at the front with the desk agent was fast, friendly, and courteous. Also was super helpful when asked about locals foods and delivery option to the hotel. Rooms were outstanding and very clean. Beds were comfy and bathroom clean to a crisp! I would highly recommend anyone who’s here around the SeaTac are for a quick stay or for business or leisure time to stay here.
