After mistakenly arriving at the wrong motel 6, Sam and Latoya honored our reservation again at the correct motel (after we canceled and reopened (flat tire)). These two were very understanding and supportive of our situation. We managed to get our rooms next to each other and even extend our stay the following day without issues. Great location and safe for the cars. As we have children, we left safe and good. Jośe from the cleaning crew was very sweet and extremely helpful. Thank you for the recommendations and telling us about the best food around here. Muchas Gracias Jośe! Thank you to them all. Highly recommend! The room was also very clean when we arrived.
Honestly...... Its a Motel 6 so what do you expect. The bed linens were clean but the carpets were in definitely in need so a through steam cleaning if not an outright replacement. Would I stay there again.... doubtfully. Only if there was nothing else available. It is in a decent location however so I'll give them that much. The walls are paper thin so as a result I had an evening listening to the escort next door entertaining her clients
I don't know why I ever bothered to say in this Motel 6. They're only about 10 to $15 cheaper than much better motels. Most of them use way too much detergent in their laundry making it nearly impossible for me to breathe when I'm in the room with it. Not to mention the carpet freshener they have to use after every beer bash somebody has inside of those things. The pools almost never work and they don't have any sort of food service and off of the soda machines don't work. I'll pay the $15 more and stay at La Quinta or something of that caliber
Well, I wouldn't do it again, unless I needed some drugs or a hooker. Place was nasty, lots of foot traffic all night, and one young lady offered to join me in my room for $100! I said "No Way" and talked her down to 50, had a decent time.
After checking in the clerk goes we requested a handicap room, which we didn’t, and even the parking lot was setup poorly. When we got to the room it was average looking for a Motel 6. We just needed to drop off the bags before we went to grab something to eat. When we got back to the room is when the main negativity started. First I called because they provided two pillows that are flat. I called the front desk and asked for pillows, the girl said that they have only one available. This seems odd that a motel has only one pillow available, but I asked if they could bring that one to our room. She then said she couldn’t, and they actually don’t have any pillows. I was a bit frustrated, but figured we would deal with what we have. I then went to take a shower and the shower head was laying in the poor looking tub. So I fixed that quick and they supplied two small bars of soap and no shampoo or conditioner. They also do not offer transportation to the airport, which I assumed was something all hotels would have this close to the airport. This place is poorly managed, organized and overpriced. It is worth paying a few dollars more to stay at a place that offers a shuttle, pillows, and cleaning products for your body.…
The only thing I liked about the motel was that it was only 3 minute drive to the car rental return place at the airport. As a place to spend the night I would not recommend it. The room was very basic, no refrigerator, no coffee making facilities, no shampoo, and it didn't give a fresh impression. I still paid 80 dollars which in my opinion is way too much. It also didn't feel very safe, some strange people residing there. I stayed at the Ramada Inn previously which is slightly more expansive but delivers much better quality.
The motel was dirty, there's no airport shuttle, breakfast, not even the advertised coffee. How hard is it to keep the coffee going? The room was only 60 bucks a night, but even that was twice what I'd pay now. To top it all off, now we've got nits! We check every day while traveling, and after staying at this motel 6, all of my children have lice. Thanks. I've traveled through 7 countries and stayed everywhere from deluxe suites to the back of a stable, and nowhere has been as bad as this motel 6. Never again.
Checked in late on a snowy night. Waited a long time in the cold at the airport for the Shuttle that wans supposed to come in 10 min. Walked to a far away room. Smell of Marijuana in hallway. Found the room and entered, very cold, very dirty(spent the first hour cleaning the table, the ottoman, the phone (red sticky stuff on ottoman, table, and phone).cleaned off the headboard on the bed (greasey) cleaned crumbs and whatever off the headboard behind matress.
stayed in room 121 for 1 night and 123 for 2 nights and both rooms were fine. Remodeled rooms with great parking and convenient location. Walked from airport to motel with light luggage (1 mile) and also walked from motel to central link station at Tukwila (.7 mile). Hardwood floors with nice large vanity, plenty of lighting, good bed, and efficient air conditioner/heater. Lots of US-99 road noise but used air conditioner to white noise it out. Price is good and room is clean. Free and Premium Wi-Fi option. Good TV and lots of stations
This place was about the cheapest lodging in the greater seattle area. One thing to keep in mind is that there are no nearby restaurants within a short walking distance from this location. There is free shuttle from the airport to this location although the shuttle driver was a bit late picking up. The room was typical of other motel 6. Standard shower even came with a small mini fridge and microwave. The room i stayed in was very quiet at night. For those without a car and want to visit downtown seattle there was a busstop out front that would take you to the seatac airport where you could catch the light rail into downtown seattle
