Very nice and clean. Excellent front desk staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. Good continental breakfast. Nice pillows and comfortable bed. Close to the airport but not noisy at all. We will definitely stay there again if we are ever back in Seattle.

Hotel's Favourite
We stayed twice within two weeks (bookending an Alaskan tour). I had three requirements: a free 24 hour airport shuttle, free breakfast, and proximity to the Link light rail. (Although we could see a portion of the airport from our window, we heard very little noise.) In addition to clean and comfortable rooms, the staff was considerate and helpful. Examples: during our 1st stay, as we left before the breakfast room opened, we were given breakfast bags for the airport (a 1st, in my experience). Upon return, the desk clerk did my online check-in and printed a boarding pass (Alaska Air is in the process of eliminating paper passes -- no longer routinely available via kiosk). An added hotel bonus: as the airport had a Link rail station, the airport shuttle offered easy access. Another bonus: the hotel is steps from Sharps RoastHouse (its Billionaire's Bacon and Hass Avocado hamburger is fabulous). We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

The room was nice but I was shocked when i received no housekeeping for 2 days and when i went to ask the housekeeper she said sorry no English and walked away. In the military i have traveled the world and stayed in numerous countries and places around the world and all spoke English. In my opinion anyone working with the public should speak English in America. An easy fix would to be putting a sign saying please clean up and that would alleviate going to the front desk to make an appointment for room cleaning. The free breakfast was not worth getting up for. Also there is no restaurant or bar and you have to go across the parking lot to the bar and great restaurant called Roasters.

The completely kind and helpful staff make the hotel welcoming for those of us who overnight near SeaTac on trips to and from Alaska; this time, it was Cecilia who answered questions, went above and beyond the usual front desk tasks when needed, and thoroughly had this guest feeling cared for and welcomed. To Cecilia and the management that supports this great quality, many thanks!

A lady named Lena, a Russian lady, worked in the breakfast room and was extremely diligent in cleaning up everything. She was smiling at all the guests and was very eager to serve. She deserves a big raise. It made the whole stay at the hotel much more pleasant having her working there. She created a relaxed and clean atmosphere for everyone. The food was nothing special, but she made everything wonderful.

Really fabulous hotel for a cruise. I could not believe the price of this hotel, I got a great deal for Seattle! The hotel shuttle to and from the airport was super efficient, and the hotel is so close that it takes only minutes. I love that it is 24-hours a day, so even with a super early flight, I was still able to use the free shuttle. The check-in process was quick and easy; and they even let me have early check-in when I arrived back from my cruise, which made my day so much easier. The hotel is just minutes from the light-rail, which made it so easy (and cheap) to get into Seattle city center to tour. The room was small, but well appointed. I had a mini-fridge, a microwave, and in-room starbucks. The breakfast was very good. I was happy my room had a desk and an armchair to relax in. The hotel amenities are basic, there is no pool. My room was a single queen bed, so wouldn't be great for families, but was perfect for me. The bed was comfortable, but despite a choice of pillows, they were pretty atrocious. Despite being so close to the airport, I never heard a plane, though I could hear road noise from my room.

They were waiting on us at the airport to take us around the corner to the hotel. Located right next to SeaTac, it is very convenient, yet we never heard air traffic. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, the breakfast good, and the staff oh so friendly. It is quite a bargain for those times you just need to spend the night on the way out the next day.

Adequate and that's about all. The room was functional but small with some weird sounds, banging or clunking coming from the stairwell. I could easily hear the water sounds from the next room. The breakfast was a joke, cheap motel fare. Supposed to start at 6am, at around 6:10 they brought out some link sausage. I couldn't wait around to see what if anything else would be put out. Otherwise it was packaged, peeled hard boiled eggs and the like.

Been there before, and that says a lot. Good basic room and bath, although too dark to read in bed (my only major complaint). I now know where to find the hotel shuttle phone board (3rd floor, parking garage) and requesting shuttle works fine. A decent breakfast, with hot and cold items, is provided. Hotel is close to airport, and beside a restaurant. Minor complaint: I asked for a copy of my final bill, to match it with my emailed quote, and clerk explained that reservations and billing were handled off-site and she had no access to this information. Otherwise, front desk service was fine.
