Due to a scheduling error, we needed to stay over one night in Seattle but check out about 3am. We were tired and stressed out and needed some peace and quiet, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Shuttle drivers, desk, waitress in rbg were all great! Bed was comfy, temperature control was good and whole place was clean and neat. Thanks, Radisson! We needed this!
Arrived at 11:00 p.m. Paid $380 for the night. We were in a “suite” facing the parking lot. Hotel wasn’t very busy, but we were placed on the third floor (which was the first floor of rooms) and could hear traffic. There was glass shards and a fingernail piece of the floor. Staff didn’t seem to care. I would not stay here again.
Not very pet friendly, despite claiming so. Poor hospitality from check in and throughout our 3 night stay. Balcony is barely a balcony. No communication despite being told someone would contact me about my concerns. Worse $1500 I have ever spent for lodging.
Stayed overnight for early morning flight. Chose this venue due to location and shuttle availability. Pros: - Alexis the front desk agent was great! Friendly and eager to assist with questions and arrangements for early morning shuttle to the airport. -Master Park Lot A is just right next door for long term parking. Cheaper than what Radisson offers. -13 Coins restaurant (open till 2 am) good value and good food is a 3-minute walk. -If you are traveling from the Light Rail train system, it's an easy walk with an overhead bridge to the facility. -Comfortable beds and linen. Clean rooms. Lobby updated. -Shuttle was timely. Cons: -Rooms could use a refresh. Hallways dim, corners of walls chipped, old doors etc - Beware for older guests, toilet seat is very, very low. -Nonexistent view. We were awakened at night by a horrendous bang from someone emptying into the dumpster below the room. Scared us! Noise level is terrible. We can hear hallway voices and door banging at all hours. -Terrible pricing. Charged over $400 per room over 4th July weekend. We had 2 rooms, fortunately I used points. Price gouging and corporate greed at best for the accommodation level offered. -Very little masking by all now that there is no longer a mask mandate, one or two hand sanitizer stations seen.…
First Trip back to Seattle after retirement and COVID! The Radisson was as good as I remember. The rooms were clean and fresh. Brooke, the bartender in RBG, was friendly and attentive. She did a great job of keeping all of the patrons happy! Thanks Brooke!
Location good, room good. No 5am coffee or food as advertised, A somewhat hostile front desk lady advised “it comes at 6, maybe 6:30, just being honest”, literally waved off my next question about local restaurants. Ouch! Just go to the airport.
I was overcharged, not told the room would not be cleaned, which seemed contrary to the website health and safety protocol. Was not told the incidental deposit was per day... my stay was 3 nights. Inconsistency and lack of communication felt like the standard. The drivers Were very responsive.
We always stay here the night before catching an early morning flight. The hotel offers free Airport Transfers so this makes it so simple. The rooms are quite, the beds comfortable, and the coffee in the room is excellent!
This Radisson is literally across the street from the airport. Shuttle service runs to/from every 15 minutes and the driver was agreeable. Overall, the stay was great, room was nice, and staff was friendly. Morning breakfast at RBG (lobby restaurant) was really good.
Room are outdated and in need of desperate upgrades as there were broken door arches, marked chairs, cracked ceilings etc but staff is good to help out with any problem. Free internet but parking is expensive at $25 a night.
