Guests have voiced concerns about the Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center, particularly in regards to the rooms' noise levels and maintenance, with reports of thin walls and dated furniture. While the hotel's cleanliness and eco-friendly measures are often praised, opinions on service and amenities are divided, citing both commendable staff and instances of inattentiveness.
The atmosphere is described by some as attractive, yet many find the hotel's ambiance and features outdated. High costs and perceived poor value due to expensive dining options and the necessity of paid upgrades are also mentioned by travelers.

Detailed Reviews
Stayed here one night on business. It’s your typical Hilton and it is clean, but this one is dated. I am Hilton gold, but note that there is no lounge here nor did I receive vouchers for coffee or breakfast, which some properties offer. Ordered room service for dinner and was surprised to see how high the delivery and service fees were - my one flatbread and glass of wine ended up costing $55! I did go to the airport shuttle area to grab the shuttle and after waiting 25 minutes in the cold, grabbed a cab over to the property, which is only .3 miles from the airport. This is fine in a pinch, but it’s not at the top of my list.

We chose Hilton for a two night stay because of the location. It is an easy 10 minute walk from the airport via the parking structure, Link Light Rail Station and attached bridge that has an elevator that drops you right across a side street from the hotel entrance. The hotel does offer a shuttle twice per hour but there is no need to stand and wait for it unless you have a huge amount of luggage or have mobility impairment.
Beyond the excellent location, nothing else really impressed us about this property. When we checked in, the agent gave us our keys quickly and pretty much said ‘there you go’ and volunteered nothing else. I had to inquire about the facilities and my Gold Honors benefits. When I asked if a room upgrade was available (one of my Gold benefits), he looked at me like I had 3 heads and made effort to accommodate me. My status also provides a $15 per day food credit per person. We used it one of our days for breakfast. Breakfast in their restaurant was good enough but even after the credit was pricier than most breakfast restaurants.
The hotel appears to have been last renovated in the 90s. Everything appears clean but dated. The room was no different. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were the kind sink rapidly when you put the weight of your head on them. I woke up in the middle of the night with a stiff neck and a hard clump of pillow under me. I asked the second night if they had any foam pillows. They brought a couple but they didn’t seem much different than the feather ones.
If location next to the airport is your number one priority, this might be a good choice. Otherwise, the comparably priced Marriott a block further away would be a more comfortable option with more service oriented staff.

I had occasion to stay here overnight before an early morning flight and avail myself of the free 8 days of parking that came with the special park and fly rate. I checked in online and left my bags at the door with kids while I parked. Up to the room and up for an early flight. The hotel runs a free shuttle.
The room was typical Hilton and in good condition. Hallways and public areas looked clean. This is a very large property.
Everything was easy with the shuttle in the morning and off we went. Returning was fine as well with the shuttle and then leaving the parking lot just required calling in and giving your room number to be let out.
I would stay here again.

Hotel's Favourite
Monesha was amazing & super knowledgeable about the area & train!!! Monesha went above and beyond to help us when a previous agent was rude the night before about water. Monesha thank you for all that you did and taking the extra step to giving us 50 dollars off our room due to the inconvenience we experienced at check in. To the young lady that checked us in at midnight you should be ashamed of yourself!!!!!

I have never written a review but this definitely deserved one. As soon as we got there, the front door guy/bell guy asked my husband if he needed help with luggage, we kindly said yes and he left off. We thought he was coming to help our family of 3 with two dogs and 6 pieces of luggage plus a car seat, but as we walked in after waiting 4 mins he was just chilling in the service desk and directed my Husband to grab the buggy which was in the back. The guy from check in seemed disheveled and bothered. Asking for directions seemed like a nuisance to others as well.
At the check in, they were giving priority to pilots even if you made the line as we needed help with printer (wasn’t working). The rooms smell like old and mold, dust everywhere. I don’t think I felt this place was clean especially with the COVID-19 pandemic. I made sure to bring Clorox wipes with me to disinfect main areas since everything was so dusty. We stayed here because we fly early AM. It’s a 9 hour stay, I clearly wouldn’t stay here again. Unprofessional and unsanitary.

Response from Josh Ewing, Marketing at Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center
Responded 16 Jul 2020
I am sorry our hotel didn't meet your expectations for service or cleanliness. Our team will work on these areas to ensure we Make it Right for any family coming through Seattle. In the past week we have implemented Hilton's new CleanStay program. At check-in guests can receive specific information regarding what has been cleaned and sanitized before they even get to their room. We do hope we have the opportunity to see you again and to Make it Right for you.

You come for a conference and the internet did not work in the meeting hall.the Breakfast was too much for the value $25.00 for the same food that you get for free at other hotels. Seriously they could not even keep the water in the lobby filled.

We booked our stay directly through Hilton Honors for a 1 king room. Our “preferences” have always been 1) higher floor 2) away from elevators and ice machine. I checked in early on my phone and thought we were set for a late arrival. Imagine my surprise when I discovered we’d been assigned two double beds. I didn’t even know hotels still offered double beds! When I asked for the king room we were guaranteed, the desk clerk was clearly annoyed. She searched her screen and smiled as she offered us a free upgrade of 2 king beds on the first floor. We didn’t need an “upgrade” but at 9:00 pm, we accepted. In order to reach the room, we walked across the lobby, through a restaurant and down a wide hallway of convention rooms on both sides. Finally we arrived at a narrow hallway at the end of the convention facilities where we found Room 2101, across from the elevators and next to the ice machine. The toilet is located in a corner with the flush handle located UNDER the counter top. Every time a guest used the elevator, we heard it. Need I say more? This hotel is clearly lacking management control.

We recently had two separate overnight stays en route to other destinations. The hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance of the terminal. If you walk, you can catch a free shuttle from the parking lot to the light raiL, but it is a very walkable distance even without the shuttle. There is also a free and reliable hotel shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. The hotel is very clean. On one stay, a deluxe room with two king beds and a lot of space was the same price as a regular room. It overlooked a central garden area. Really nice room. If the heater did not sound like a helicopter hovering over the room, I would’ve rated this hotel with five stars. A really good choice if you need to make a connecting flight.

We spent a brief overnight in this Hilton, mostly because Alaska Air changed a flight time on us and we didn't want to spend 12 hours in the airport. The shuttle ride was easy to access and prompt, and the front desk friendly and efficient for check-in. They even added bonus Hilton point to our account since we couldn't be there for the free breakfast whick I thought was nice. Our room was a bit dated but clean and comfortable, with plenty of places to charge devices after a long flight. HVAC worked and was fairly quiet. We did have a drink at the bar on the way to our room and prices were good. The room price was covered by the airline so that was also a nice bit of service.

This hotel need a make over. The room look dated and run down. Furniture dirty, spots all over the chair and sticky residue. Check in was easy, staff are friendly, the bed are small but comfortable. However, we keep on having stomping noise from the floor above us that waking us up. The hotel has guest laundry that can be paid using credit card, which is a plus. However, the laundry located in the cascade building, we were staying at the other building and it took about 5 minutes to go there through the very long hall way. I am a diamond member, no concierge in this hotel but they provide voucher for breakfast.
