Pros: Comfortable, great shuttle service and excellent restaurant on site. Love the environmentally friendly attitude; no plastic water bottles, bathroom amenities were refillable. Breakfast and dinner were really good. Walking distance to airport and rail. Cons: Parking additional $35 and far, far away from the entrance. A bit noisy, especially the rail, but that is to be expected.

I attended a conference at SeaTac Hilton and stayed overnight here. The hotel is spotless, common areas and my room. The conference facilities are nice, they are close to the lobby and restrooms. The food was fantastic both the conference meals (appetizers, breakfast and lunch) and our dinner at the in hotel restaurant too. I enjoyed my stay.

Noisy, dirty, and indifferent reception staff. In the past, I stayed at this hotel when attending conferences & it was okay. So had my company’s travel agent book it for a one night layover in Seattle. I had requested a top floor, end of corridor room - a quiet room. I got, despite requesting a better room upon arrival, a room on a middle floor overlooking a parking lot, the light rail, & airport. The window did not close properly - doing little to block the noise of the train, planes, & the lines of traffic cutting through the lot to go else where. And of course, I heard every step of the person in the room above me. As for, dirty: there was a chronic mildew smell in the room; a shriveled used washcloth in the shower (overlooked for awhile?), and dusty surfaces. I guess they get so many travelers passing through they just don’t care.

I had a room that only had a pull out bed. Not a fancy bed at all. There was only one small uncomfortable pillow in the closet. I asked front desk for extra pillows, but have not received them. An hour later, had to find a housekeeper and ask them to bring pillows. The room had connecting doors on both sides, so it was a noise festival. Not a great Hilton. Bonus for walkability to the airport.

"We're across the street from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Walk directly to the airport terminal via the sky bridge opposite the hotel " Okay so first of all you have to walk basically through the entire parking structure, and then enter an area that has turnstiles you are supposed to scan transport badges at and then cross over yet another skybridge to then go down and out to the street.....and then walk a FULL BLOCK outside with no cover. Oh an by the way not 1 SIGN, not 1 SINGLED SIGN, from airport to Hotel telling you how to get to the Hilton from the airport. Arrived on a cold wet night (it is Seattle afterall) and after asking many people who directed me to the right sky bridge and area ended up leaving the skybridge area (elevator down to street level) and walking a block in pouring rain to the hotel. I made a nice comment (yes I was nice) to the front desk about how their website may be a little misleading given I was soaking wet. They both were rude and said no, it doesnt say you take a skybridge to our hotel and actually had a printed copy of the website that highlighted "We're across the street from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Walk directly to the airport terminal via the sky bridge opposite the hotel " and pointed out "opposite" of the hotel. I was like opposite is maybe cross the street, not walk a block. They said "we have no control over what the website says" and were just overall rude and non sympathetic. I was literally soaked to the bone. By the way Wally Park is next to the hotel (yes off airport parking is next to this "adjacent to the airport" hotel. Got to the room (DIamond member) and paid last minute rates so it was not cheap. Received no welcome package at the desk, no water, nothing, was give a regular room on floor level next to a busy street where you can hear all the cars. and the room is dated and in desperate need for some updating. Read my reviews on trip advisor, most are very nice to hotels and staff. This one is a rare exception and that hghlights how bad not only the staff but the rooms here are. Go elsewhere.

I've stayed a MANY airport hotels, due to having early flights/convenience. But....this is a particularly noisy hotel. Not only do you hear planes (which would be normal) BUT every other mode of transportation. Motorcycles, banging trucks etc. I stayed at the Hilton in Newark/Liberty Airport in NJ. This Hilton sits RIGHT on the NJTurnpike. I never heard anything! Upgrade the Windows!

Hotel (wing i was in) is extremely dated and in desperate need of a reno. Had to walk 10 mins to room at 0100. AC heating unit is old and makes clicking noise. Minimal staff. Save your money and stay at the Wyndham.

We stayed for weekend for Dance convention. Overall stay was ok, but when we left the hotel, I noticed that I left the brand new shoes in the room. They are still in the box and the bag. The front desk person said there is no new shoes in lost and found and probably housekeeper took them. I couldn’t really process it at the time but I feel that the hotel allows that their employees can take things that obviously customers accidentally left in their room?? I just bought the shoes on the way to the hotel and the receipt was still in the bag. What I if I left a diamond ring or something more valuable? They just take them? Not claiming them for lost and found? Yes, it was my fault that I left them in the room but the housekeeper doesn’t have a right to just take them. This is very upsetting experience.

I read the reviews before arriving - and had expectations in check. However I found those expectations to be exceeded. The hotel is a large conference type of airport hotel - but found the property to be clean and in good shape. Good service and nice breakfast before departure. Easy walk to terminal.

Below average quality for hilton. Pillows horrible, bed comfy! Sky Bridge to airport across the street with homeless all around. Walls are paper thin you can hear everything. Only 1 washer & dryer. Food over priced. Staff not very friendly or helpful except shuttle driver. Will not stay again!
