Our flight from SEATAC was cancelled and they placed us here. I can't say enough good things about the staff, especially Noe, who went above and beyond to help our friends who were "stranded" by Delta - told they had a room at this hotel but didn't. The vouchers from the airline weren't enough to cover any of the meals, but the food we did have was excellent. Room was comfortable and everything was clean and acceptable.
Wife and I stayed at Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center when needing a hotel close to the airport. Hotel met all expectations. Biggest advantage was ability to easily walk to the hotel from the airport. From Baggage Claim, follow signs for Link Light Rail Station. You go up the escalator and walk to the station using the covered elevated walkway. Once you get to the station, you can see the Hilton across the street. Walk done the stairwell or use the elevator to the street. The hotel is about 100 yards from the station. About a 10 minute walk. If you don't want to walk, a shuttle runs every 30 minutes.
This hotel need a make over. The room look dated and run down. Furniture dirty, spots all over the chair and sticky residue. Check in was easy, staff are friendly, the bed are small but comfortable. However, we keep on having stomping noise from the floor above us that waking us up. The hotel has guest laundry that can be paid using credit card, which is a plus. However, the laundry located in the cascade building, we were staying at the other building and it took about 5 minutes to go there through the very long hall way. I am a diamond member, no concierge in this hotel but they provide voucher for breakfast.
Pros: Close to airport. Comfortable Mattress. Shuttle was on schedule. One driver was friendly and helpful and the other never spoke or helped load luggage. Cons: Large property (feel sorry for guests with mobility challenges.). Found a dirty bandage stuck to sheets in bed. Bathroom felt like the size of an RV bathroom. Tub was slow to drain. Limited hot water in the evening. Stained carpet. Room needed painting. Housekeeping did not replenish cups or coffee after prior guest. Cancelled second reservation and found alternate lodging.
Made a reservation at the last moment when our flight was canceled. Pros *Happy to have a place to stay for the night *TV was free Cons *You pay a hefty room rate, then pay for everything else. No continental breakfast, etc etc. *Wifi Internet access only free if you sign up for Hilton Honors. Even after that, it is throttled - wait for it - unless you pay $5 a night for premium access *Not every room has a hairdryer?? Yeah, the other family traveling with us had to use ours *No microwave - you have to request one *The pool is outside so not great in fall and spring. Hot tub set at 96 F - might as well use the tub *We had to manually put all the plastic bags into the trash cans - the bags were simply hung over the edge *Beds and pillows are meh *Fire alarm went off at night, fire trucks outside, took a while to get back in. The next day, when we ask bout it and the staff tells us they have no knowlege about that event Summary: Mediocre experience at a high price, which allows you to be nickeled and dimed throughout your experience by staff apparently chosen for high levels of dementia…
Clean, accessible, spacious and comfortable. I did not have a problem during my stay. Incredibly close to the Airport, the shuttle service works like a well-oiled machine. I definitely recommend this hotel. Thumbs up.
We recently had two separate overnight stays en route to other destinations. The hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance of the terminal. If you walk, you can catch a free shuttle from the parking lot to the light raiL, but it is a very walkable distance even without the shuttle. There is also a free and reliable hotel shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. The hotel is very clean. On one stay, a deluxe room with two king beds and a lot of space was the same price as a regular room. It overlooked a central garden area. Really nice room. If the heater did not sound like a helicopter hovering over the room, I would’ve rated this hotel with five stars. A really good choice if you need to make a connecting flight.
Always perfect! This is a great hotel. Great staff and rooms. Located next to the airport for those early morning flights. Spencer’s food is always top notch! The shuttle device is very dependable. Hilton’s quality service is in every part of the stay
I arrived after a long flight from sunny Mexico and needed rest and a good breakfast, got both with great customer service. Highly recommend this Hilton even if it was just overnight like my stay. Thanks for a great stay!
I had occasion to stay here overnight before an early morning flight and avail myself of the free 8 days of parking that came with the special park and fly rate. I checked in online and left my bags at the door with kids while I parked. Up to the room and up for an early flight. The hotel runs a free shuttle. The room was typical Hilton and in good condition. Hallways and public areas looked clean. This is a very large property. Everything was easy with the shuttle in the morning and off we went. Returning was fine as well with the shuttle and then leaving the parking lot just required calling in and giving your room number to be let out. I would stay here again.
