One of our favorite marina resorts, Roche Harbor is one of the oldest resorts in the State. The marina is very well maintained and has something for everyone. At the head of the dock is a very well stocked grocery store. A fuel dock is available as is a motorized pump out boat that will come to your boat for...

It's beautiful in pictures and we are happy we stayed one night for the fun if it. But if you are a 5 star hotel ( we do enjoy paying up for 5 star on special occasions when its worth it but we can also do glam camping) creature looking for comfort you might not like it. We stayed mid...

Hotel de Haro likes to go all out with "quant." So, it's an old place and they make sure you know it. From uneven floors to shared bathrooms (for all rooms but not the suites). From what I saw, even the bathrooms in the suites leave a lot to be desired. The bed was ok, but too soft. The price...

Very nice Quarryman Suite over looking the Harbor. Bathroom is very roomy and the room is nicely appointed. The biggest issue was with the noise with streets on two sides. Throw in a wedding party next door and ...well you get the idea. We stayed 3 nights and it was nice.

Stayed in room on the water side on the top floor. Nice view, lovely outside balcony running the length of the hotel. Very good feel for an old hotel. Because it was warm, the room was difficult to cool down (there is a heater in the room but no air conditioner) so we slept with our door ajar. I felt...

We stayed for two nights in August 2015. We had the Presidential suite. It was really a travel back in time. The sloping floor made it all that much more quant and realistic. We made our reservation on the web site, and it was very clear that only four rooms had private bathrooms, which is why we booked the suite....

This is my second visit to Roche Harbor -- both for weddings. In the summer, it's wedding central which is something you need to think about when making reservations. Depending on the location of your room, the wedding receptions taking place will have more or less of an effect on sleep and comfort. Additionally, on the weekend the restaurant has...

Not my kind of place. Very little ventilation in the room, bathroom down the hall I thought would be fine, but was a pain. Band on Friday night in the summer until 12:15am so also much noisier than you would expect. This place might fit the bill for some people, but not for us given older accommodations for the price....

We stayed for four night in July, 2015 for a family Wedding. Our room was one of the four that have a bathroom in the room. I felt like I went back in time. Room was very comfortable and the service was wonderful. I recommend one of the four, as I rather a room that does not share a bath....

We didn't stay here, but we did stop in to ask for directions to the mausoleum and the staff was excellent. I watched them deal with several other patrons before they got to me and then they gave me excellent directions to the off-the-beaten track attraction - customizing a map, etc. Very courteous and cognizant of the fact that I...

These simple, historic hotel rooms in our Hotel de Haro feature all the charm of yester-year and close proximity for easy access to all resort amenities. All guestrooms offer a comfortable sleeping environment in small spaces with the convenience of a wash basin in the room. Many rooms feature furniture original to the hotel from its inception in 1886. NOTE: Only 4 of the 20 hotel rooms have toilets or showers in the room.
