Larkspur Landing aspires to rank with Homewood Suites and the other big boys in the suites hotel game. So far, the property itself manages to measure up. The rooms are spacious, if cheaply furnished, and the room layout is very practical. The hotel is in a very quiet area five minutes from a major shopping mall and the I-5 corridor.... More

I simply can't suggest the Larkspur hotel. Yes, the rooms are large - all suites but the quality of the place is fairly poor. Probably needs a fairly large refresh to bring it back to three star territory. A few notes: AC did not work in both rooms - one very cold, one rather warm (only one thermostat); the "desk"... More

Great place to stay and very home like. breakfast could be improved some, love the rooms, very clean. The only thing I didn't like is if for some reason you have to cancel there is no refund and things do happen. Staff very friendly. Hot tub not like it looks in picture, very small and in remote place, Washing cloths... More

We have stayed at the Larkspur several times over the years since we have family in the area. The staff is always welcoming and professional, especially Kayla (front desk), Ravi (housekeeping), and Christopher (maintenance staff). To the general manager, Mr. Hughes, these wonderful staff members are exactly why we keep coming back.

This hotel is an all suite hotel with large 2 room suites. The room was very comfortable and quite. The hotel itself is nice and the people are great. The breakfast may have been a little light, but it was good. The hotel is located south of Seattle, but close to a great area called "The Landing". There are enough... More

We were here for an overnight stay. We had 4 rooms, from a studio to the largest suite. We all liked our rooms, they were all clean, and the staff was very nice. The staff was accommodating, especially Kayla. We got there early after leaving our cruise ship, but she was able to give us 3 rooms so we were... More

Dear Andrea, I am glad you were able to enjoy at least some aspects of your stay. We all break down and have some of those fresh baked cookies every now and then. The molasses are my favorite. I apologize for the issues. Maintenance should have been called in to fix your A/C right away. In regards to the dishes,... More

We were there on July 4th and it was pretty pricey for the quality of comforts provided. Breakfast was like crumbs thrown to the hungry..There was a makeshift sofa which doubles up as a bed for the third person if required. Over it was a bad experience and do not recommend this.

Dear Pnalla, I am very sorry your stay did not go as expected. Our breakfast generally includes yogurt, fresh fruit, cheese, juice, a variety of cereals, muffins, oatmeal, eggs, and a daily special. We were very pleased with our stay at the Larkspur Landing in Renton. The entire suite was exceptionally clean. There are dvd players in the room and they have a "free to borrow" dvd library at the front desk. They even have a laundry room on-site for use free of charge. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel... More

A very nice hotel which offers a shuttle service to Renton although we didn't use this. Unfortunately the breakfast offering lets them down, as does the lack of an on-site bar. We had a suite which was beautifully clean and well maintained, the reception staff were very helpful too.
