When I arrived, the owner greeted me with a saucer of freshly-baked chocolate chip cookies surrounded by strawberries and other fresh fruit. These we placed on the mantel next to a delicate little carafe of sherry (definitely "The nectar of the gods!"). Then, after providing me with a collection of area maps, he escorted me on an informative tour of...

We stayed in the cottage with two bedrooms for a few days off-season. Well marked drive on discovery road with a convex mirror for traffic spotting. Two hairpin turns down the drive to a parking spot big enough for a medium sized suv along the road to the single room cottage and owner's place. Parking along fence near door is...

Charming cottage with a great view of the Bay. Well situated also near Port Townsend, one of our favorite places. We enjoyed the solitude, beach and beautiful sunsets. Ed, our host, was great.. very much enjoyed getting to know him.

I can't say enough about this place. We stayed in Jenny's cottage for 2 nights. Ed met us and gave us a wonderful tour of the grounds. The beach was the most beautiful we have seen. So many sea shells we were stunned. The garden surrounding the cottage made us feel like we were in an English cottage. The porch...

Our 2nd stay, in Bay Cottage. Perfect for two sisters, on a sea glass hunt! Vintage, all the way! The beach is beautiful, you can walk for miles, Pt. Townsend, is about 20 minutes away, as is Ft. Worden. Jenny's cottage is below, with a view of the water, and a wonderful front porch, for one, or a couple. Check...

My husband, my 19-year old daughter who was on a university break, and I decided to do something different for Thanksgiving this past year, and simply have some quality, R&R time together, apart from all the usual extended family plans. Bay Cottage Getaway was the perfect place for that. With a beautiful view of the bay from our front porch...

There is always one bad review, but this one is not it. As soon as I stepped on the grounds, I knew it would be a wonderful place to stay our WEEK. Yes, we stayed a week in Jenny's Cottage which sleeps 2. The other two cottages sleep 5 for the same price. Next time I want to try another...

What a beautiful location! We checked in a little early and our plans to hike to another beach went out the window; the allure of the placid clean water - 11 miles worth - was too strong. Jenny's Cottage not only has charm but also a porch, framed by a lovely madrone tree, with a fantastic view of Discovery Bay....

We were absolutely charmed with the " bygone days" atmosphere of the cabin we stayed in. We were only able to stay one night, but would have loved to have stayed longer and enjoyed the views, the beach and the quiet. Not having TV "forced" us to have a great time playing one of the many table games provided. Upon...
