The furniture is 'heavy', unique large dark wood and beautiful. Breakfast is rolls and coffee, juice and muffins. Not an expensive place, but nice. Lots of parking, right downtown. Close to the city park and stores. That's value!

Stayed one night after whale watching further north on Widbey Island. Pleasantly surprised. Didn't look like anything special from the outside, but the inside was immaculate and plush.

Although initially reluctant to book here due to some of the reviews, my overnight stay was fine and I would stay here again. Location is walking distance to my favorite restaurants: Island Café and Seabolts and the staff is friendly. Hotel provides basic,comfortable, economical stay.
