We heard about the great fishing on Mineral Lake and I started looking for somewhere to stay. So GLAD I found the Mineral Lake Lodge. We stayed two nights..in the 'Birdhouse Room'...It was perfect! The views from the deck were gorgeous! There was a dock for us to keep our boat and a fire pit/picnic area to use. The owner,... More

We arrived at the lodge only by luck and could not be happier. The location is fanatic, not to far from the national parks and in a quite and beautiful location with great view on the mountain. The place itself is cosy and comfortable, and we were treated extremely well. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay here more... More

I was lucky enough to be a part of a wedding here as an officiant. The lodge itself was beautiful and very welcoming. The view of the lake, breathtaking. If you are looking for a spot for a real getaway with family or for a wedding this is the spot. No cell service is the best at times.

Why? Incredible historic lodge, very well taken care of with modern amenities, but the lake... it's serene, clear, tepid water IDEAL for swimming off the dock! What cabin in the area has an infinite swimming pool WITH direct view of The Mountain? And no bugs. Carolyn is a great host. Very knowledgeable about everything local, extremely hard working, sweet, and... More

Having spent four nights in campgrounds, I was more than ready for this lovely lodge. Over 100 years old, it is steeped in history, an impressive construction of artfully fitted cedar logs. The Gone Fishin' room on the third floor has its own bathroom and an excellent bed. The view from the porch of Mt. Rainier reflected in the lake... More

If you want to stay at an old historic lodge with character, a fantastic view of Mt. Rainier and a very pleasant host, a stay at Mineral Lake Lodge is for you. Built in 1906, the property is on the National Historic Register and rightly so. The rooms are small, with little space for suitcases, etc. In my opinion there... More

We had a wonderful vacation in USA this summer. However the place that I will remember is Mineral lake lodge near Mt Rainier. The lodge happen to be build 1906 and keeps the spirit of the several generations. Charming lady is maintaining the place. You may found there everything needed for relax.

The room was clean but the rest of the place was dusty and cluttered. The breakfast was basic that I could have brought from home including the paper plates and cups. No cell or wifi service. I expected a bit more for the price. Beautiful view and friendly people but will spend my money elsewhere.

We stayed here two nights while exploring Mt. Rainier. Carolyn the innkeeper is very hospitable and gave us a complete tour of all of the amenities including lakefront access, fire pit (hot dogs and marshmallows included), picnic area, fun snacks in the room and sauna. We spent two nights at Mineral Lake Lodge at the end of May 2014. Carolyn was very helpful and pleasant. Our room was the bird room, very clean and comfortable. The lodge is quiet and the front porch is a comfortable place to sit and look over the lake and Mt Rainier. I think it is one of the best... More
