Askari bungalows has become our go-to spot for rest and relaxation. The bungalows are casual, neat and tidy with craftsman decor ideas that make it feel warm. Nice touches like a French Press coffee maker with some really good fresh ground dark roast coffee. The fully equipped small kitchen may have you staying and cooking in rather than scouting out...

We stayed in a new bungalow this time around, #2. Very quaint and quiet, just what we needed and have come to expect at Akari. We did have a small issue with the person next to us, but Kathy was quick to fix it for us. We are always welcomed with open arms, and Kathy is always asking if there...

As always our stay at the Akari Bungalows was just what we needed. Kathy the hostess had everything ready for us and treated our therapy dogs with nice chewy snacks. We even had GREAT weather and no wind, which was a first. The beach was perfect for this time of year.

2nd year here! And we will return every year that we can!! The Akari Bungalows are alway neat, clean and cozy. Walking distance to the beach and the town. The ladies who run this place are always so helpful and sweet!!

The Akari Bungalows are right on the main block right before the beach. The bungalows are ADORABLE, well decorated, comfortable with a lot of special touches. Literally the best towels I've ever used in a motel/hotel/rental. Very thick and absorbent and luxurious! The linens on the bed were wonderful as was the bed itself. I had a nice, quiet, undisturbed...

We found the Akari Bungalows on Google and thought that they looked clean and comfy for our last weekend getaway for the summer. Wow! We were beyond pleased when we saw our cabin #8. But our first good impression was making a phone call to Kathy to let her know that we had arrived and she was there to meet...

July 14th-17th, started the first 4 nights of our two week vacation in Long beach. We stayed in #5, because it had two bedrooms and we were bringing our adult son to the beach for a much needed reconnect and good times. The bungalow was a perfect location and was very well stocked by Kathy, the property manager who made...

Kathy is wonderful, my room is always ready and feels like a home away from home when I stay in Seaview for work. The beach is a minute away, as opposed to staying at the hotels the bungalows afford privacy and comford. love the new BBQ grills

My daughter, granddaughter and I spent 4 nights at the Akari. We were in Unit #1 and couldn't be more pleased. It was perfect for us-a small kitchen with fridge (for kiddos milk), coffee set up, plates, silverware, etc. a living area with fold out couch (we didn't use it), and a bedroom with a wonderfully comfortable king size bed....

I'm going to try to make this brief...but when it says 1930's bungalow that is what it is! Upon arrival we got in early Kathy was very nice in letting us in before check in time. When entering the bungalow it had a smell we didn't understand where it was coming from until I got closer to the very tiny...

We are sorry your experience was not to your satisfaction and that you did not feel comfortable letting Kathy know at a time she could have attempted to respond to your concerns. We know you are not coming back to the Washington Coast but for the others considering your review - the television in your bungalow is really a 32...
