The reservation process is complete mess. The reservation is done by calling to the bookstore, where they take your phone number, and they tell you they will call you multiple times. Each time a bookstore customer approaches, they disconnect and later call you again. Took...More

I've stayed at the Innsbrucker several times. I love it because I'm in the middle of everything but still have privacy. If I go shopping or dining or walking, my room is always close!!! It has the feeling of a little town family friendly place....More
