You will enjoy your stay here, it is in a very good location,. the staff is great and the rooms are nice. Good linens and rooms are very pleasant. Where to put your friends when your house runs out of room. Definitely would recommend for staying in Kirkland.

I've stayed here multiple times and will be coming back again. The hotel is great and is located a couple of blocks from Lake Washington. The customer service is also superb! There is a gym downstairs which is clean and well maintained. The restaurant at the hotel is farm to table and has a great selection.

Dear Yelieu, We ‘love’ that you ‘Love!’ us! As a repeat guest, you know that consistency is very important, and we take pride in our clean and comfortable surroundings, not to mention how ‘cool’ downtown Kirkland is, with all its lakeside vibrancy! We look forward to seeing you again soon – Troy Longwith GM

If in Kirkland, this is the place to stay. We have had three meetings here for our small company, with 5-8 people. Each time, the venue was great, and a great value. Make no mistake, there are less "expensive" places, but in our opinion, this is the best value in the area.

This is one of the nicest hotels that I've stayed in -- clean and quiet -- and the location just up from the lake is perfect. But, at about $200 a night, you have to wonder if it's worth it. I did appreciate the small touches -- fruit-infused water in the lobby, a local newspaper on the door, chocolate on...

Dear Michelle J, Thank you for you kind words about our hotel, and we also like to call them ‘little touches!’ when we talk internally about our guest service. Rates do vary throughout the year, and if you’d like to be part of our email communication that shares various offers for the hotel and restaurant, please let us know! We...

We've stayed here before and will return. The building is lovely and the location is charming. I wish they could warn us about construction when booking. We reserved our favorite suite, but they could have suggested an alternative on the side of the building away from the construction. Or offered that at check-in? Instead, they gave us ear plugs. And...

We stayed in this hotel while I was travelling for business. The location is great for downtown Kirkland, but that is about it. The beds were not comfortable and they give you ear plugs at check in which should have been a red flag, but we stayed. We were awoken by construction every morning that we were not warned about....

I had just come in from London and found myself in Kirkland where the courteous staff, meticulous front of house spaces and quiet and comfortable room were exceptional. It's my one and only tripadvisor review but I felt the rest of the world should know about this special Pacific Northwest gem!

Stayed at Heathman Hotel in Kirkland after a 5 hour drive on a recommendation. Checked in at 9:30pm . At 6:45 am greeted by the lovely sounds 4 excavators, a loader and a bulldozer all with back up alarms. Would have been nice to have been told when booking or checking in. We are disappointed and tired. Would not stay...

Kirkland is an awesome little town on the shores of beautiful Lake Washington. We live in the area and wanted a short couples weekend. The Heathman is centrally located in a great walking town filled with restaurants and shops. It was so relaxing and a great romantic weekend.

The location of this hotel can't be beat - right in the heart of it all. My room was fairly large. I was told that only the suites have water views, so everyone else has a view of the street. The evenings I stayed at the hotel, the streets were fairly quiet (although, it was raining, so that probably helps...
