This is one of the nicest hotels that I've stayed in -- clean and quiet -- and the location just up from the lake is perfect. But, at about $200 a night, you have to wonder if it's worth it. I did appreciate the small touches -- fruit-infused water in the lobby, a local newspaper on the door, chocolate on... More

We've stayed here before and will return. The building is lovely and the location is charming. I wish they could warn us about construction when booking. We reserved our favorite suite, but they could have suggested an alternative on the side of the building away from the construction. Or offered that at check-in? Instead, they gave us ear plugs. And... More

We stayed in this hotel while I was travelling for business. The location is great for downtown Kirkland, but that is about it. The beds were not comfortable and they give you ear plugs at check in which should have been a red flag, but we stayed. We were awoken by construction every morning that we were not warned about.... I had just come in from London and found myself in Kirkland where the courteous staff, meticulous front of house spaces and quiet and comfortable room were exceptional. It's my one and only tripadvisor review but I felt the rest of the world should know about this special Pacific Northwest gem!

Stayed at Heathman Hotel in Kirkland after a 5 hour drive on a recommendation. Checked in at 9:30pm . At 6:45 am greeted by the lovely sounds 4 excavators, a loader and a bulldozer all with back up alarms. Would have been nice to have been told when booking or checking in. We are disappointed and tired. Would not stay... More

Kirkland is an awesome little town on the shores of beautiful Lake Washington. We live in the area and wanted a short couples weekend. The Heathman is centrally located in a great walking town filled with restaurants and shops. It was so relaxing and a great romantic weekend.

The location of this hotel can't be beat - right in the heart of it all. My room was fairly large. I was told that only the suites have water views, so everyone else has a view of the street. The evenings I stayed at the hotel, the streets were fairly quiet (although, it was raining, so that probably helps... More

My husband and I booked the Heathman on a search for hotels in the Seattle area. We didn't realize it was quite as far as it was from downtown, but we were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by John, who was very friendly and made us feel welcome from the onset. After a long day of travel, we wanted to... More

This hotel is average. The property definitely needs renovation. It is clean, well situated staff mostly helpful. The problem I had is their lack of transparency.Massive construction is taking place on one side of this property. The noise is deafening ,an apartment building is under construction apparently and they are still in the initial stages of breaking ground. No one even mentioned it ,and when... Although I did not stay in the Heathman Hotel (Kirkland, WA), I have nothing but good things to say about the hotel and their staff. A month ago, I reserved a night at the hotel for my Son and his new bride for their honeymoon night. I reserved their Classic King room. The next morning we had breakfast with my... More
