Our book club held its annual retreat at Wallace Falls Lodge....and it turned out to be our very best retreat location to date. The Lodge itself is an attractive 2-story log building, with an inviting front porch and view of the lovely wooded surroundings. The 10-acre property is situated very near the entrance to Wallace Falls Park, where one can... More

Great place and close by to everything. Quiet and on 10 acres located right next to the Wallace Falls State Park. David the Inn keeper was knowledgeable of the surrounding area and where to eat or go and do outdoorsy types of events. David was there when I had a question but not hanging around so it felt like we... More

My partner and I had our destination wedding at Wallace Falls Lodge in June. It would be difficult to find a bad thing to say about this place. It really made for a perfect wedding. We stayed 3 nights. We partied for 2 nights (rehearsal dinner and wedding) with our entire group of family and friends who made the trip... More

This property was magical. It provided everything we could have hoped for on our special wedding weekend. Multiple guests exclaimed, "Best vacation ever!" It just had that air about it that let everyone unwind and let go. I was the least stressed out bride I have ever met, and I owe it all to the woods, the environment of the... More

Since the last comment on this lodge is already somewhat an year ago, I think it is good to have some updates on it. We are a big group of 28, consist of adults, teens and kids, going there for a count down gathering. Good things: The house itself is well-maintained, enough space for a big group like us. They... Business travel took me to this Lodge for three night stay. It's rustic but new with wonderful furnishings. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable and this is the perfect place to unwind or hike at next door Wallace State Park, or like me spend your day in nearby Monroe and back to the Lodge for a relaxing... My husband and I rented out the Wallace Falls Lodge for three nights to host family from out of town and have a wedding reception. The Lodge was a beautiful, convenient and affordable venue for our event. The caretaker of the lodge went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay, and the grounds were perfect for our 50-person... More

We had our family reunion at Wallace Falls this summer and it was great. We had 10 families and there was plenty of space, including a large indoor area for eating in case of rain. The lodge itself is beautifully done and it is so quiet and peaceful. There is a huge lawn for kids to run around, well-stocked kitchen,... More

We had a family reunion here and it couldn't have been a more perfect place. We had wonderful breakfasts prepared by Debbie and then had access to the kitchen and outdoor cooking areas for lunch and dinner. Mostly we sat on the porch and watched deer, drank coffee, wine, and visited without the interruptions of our daily lives. Our rooms... More

I hosted a 25 year high school reunion at Wallace Falls Lodge. The place is perfect for a reunion. The whole weekend was magical. There are 10 adorable rooms in the lodge plus the owner let people park RV's on the property. There are also 6 really cute cabins at the state park a short walk away. And a hotel... More
