Let me start by saying how much I originally loved this place. To the extent that I proposed to my now wife last year on 2nd beach. Our first visit was amazing the room was perfect they have everything you could need or want. And the beaches are beautiful perfect for gazing for hours or reading a book and forgetting...

Made the reservation because the property was a walk to the beach. I did not do much investigation and made the reservation . Wow was I very happy when I arrived saw my room 128 and the view of the pacific out my window. I'm not sure what the other rooms look like but this one a clean new and...

We spent two nights in a Whale motel room and it was great! It is a studio but plenty big enough with kitchenette, almost full size fridge, table, small sofa, and great little deck. We watched a beautiful sunset, gray whales, and a spring storm from the deck during our stay. The kitchenette was stocked with all we needed to...

We had read a few mixed reviews but it just goes to show you have got to go with your gut sometimes. It looked like the type of place that would appeal to us and it really did deliver. We went with a deluxe cabin as one of our few treats on our otherwise budget oriented camping road trip. Check...

My husband and I were traveling through the area and were needing a place to stay for the night. We knew nothing of the area and were a bit nervous, but we got a good price on a motel room...so we decided to drive out to La Push. We were NOT disappointed. From the phone call to make the reservation...

My wife and I have been here twice. Both stays have wonderful experiences. We enjoy storm watching and have not been disappointed. Our stays have been in the deluxe cabins. They are spacious, spotless...I could easily live in one year round. If one is looking for the arcade style beach town this is not your place. On the other hand...

We have stayed in unit 20 twice and loved it. The nice kitchen, ocean view, gas fireplace, updated bathroom with glassed in shower and jet tub facing the ocean, lots of counter space, and a 120 degree view of the ocean. Unit 20 wasn't available so we stayed in deluxe unit 25. The bathroom had no heat and was in...

We spent a long weekend in one of the standard cabins: 2 bedrooms, propane fueled woodstove, small kitchen and shared bath. Everything in the cabin worked, was in good repair, was comfortable, and was clean. We spent the weekend hiking the beaches (1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Rialto, which is a short drive away) and exploring the rainforest. I highly recommend...

You just can't match the beauty of this area, First Beach, Second Beach and Third Beach are all incredible and worth the trek out to this spot. Our room was in the Thunderbird Lodge and was spacious with glorious views of First Beach if a bit dated. But the two local eateries available there were both closed both days we...

We stayed two nights in a standard studio cabin with an oceanview. We loved it! The cabin was very nice, clean, and definitely had a great view of First Beach. We slept with the windows open (in spite of the cool weather!) so we could hear the ocean. It was a very short walk to the beach with huge logs,...
